Hungry Howie's Pizza

I've ordered 4 times pizza is always wrong, last time I ordered for delivery after an hour called them and was told they had no drivers, no courtesy call. So I paid for a delivery fee and a tip while I went and picked up my own pizza. Manager wouldn’t refund me. Never again!

I'm new to the area and have already been here 5+ times the first time it was sooo good !!! And the 4 times after they've literally messed up on every order.

My last order was a chicken bacon ranch pizza add red onion
I get it home and it's chicken bacon ranch loaded with jalapenos ain't no way my kids are going to eat this so I drive the 15 mins back only to be told that I was wrong by the old guy that can't take responsibility for his mistakes that it doesn't say red onion.. I pull my receipt up off the internet and sure enough it says add red onion.. no apology no nothing.

More than likely won't be back even with a free pizza in my queue from all the orders I've already made.

Had a great experience with two of my friends. The pizza was great and fair priced! The gentleman at the counter was fun and joked with us too. Would recommend!

Decent pizza at a decent price. Owner replaced my pizza, when I walked out the door, and the door caught my jacket. And threw it on the ground. Thanks for the great service.

The worst customer service! Slow as molasses. Order was called in and still waited 20 mins to pick up my order. All around rude employees and the food wasn't great. Bums walking around outside the door and around your car. Found baggies from drugs on the ground when I got out of my car. No thanks. Wont order from here again. .

Hungry Howie's is a staple for those of us who grew up in the metro Detroit area and finding this location brought sheer joy to my heart. I shared with John and his team how much I loved Hungry Howie's growing up and my friends and I who have since moved away from Michigan have missed this iconic pizza immensely. The service was amazing, the food absolutely delicious, and the shop was clean. I walked away with 2 pepperoni pizzas (butter cheese and garlic herb crusts), an antipasto salad, and Howie bread which my co-workers loved upon introducing them to the brand. They are now fans and we will be sure to order from here again. Thank you, John and team, for the nostalgic dopamine hit and providing us with an outstanding experience!

Ordered 3 pizzas all LIGHT PIZZA SAUCE. This has been messed up before so I asked my husband to ask them and be sure it was light sauce. He was told this is light sauce. What a joke. There's so much sauce that the toppings won't even stay on. Tired of having to babysit people who can't even read the order.

Worst experience ever, I ordered online and was supposed to get my ordered delivered. My food never showed up, they used door dash to "deliever" my food and door dash said I signed for it. I've never signed for a doordash order and everytime I've used them in the past they sent a photo. Anyways I contacted both hungry howies and doordash for a refund and doordash told me it was up to the store to refund my order. I contacted the manager for a refund and was told I was lying and he wasn't going to give a refund because "I signed for it." Door dash also said they would pay for my food to be remade and redelivered I contacted the Manager back and he said if doordash gave the ok he would call back. (I already got the ok from them) Manager never called back and I've yet to hear back even after contacting corporate. Sucks being out 60 Bucks but we ordered from a more reputable place and actually got our food. I will never go here again and I advise those that want to order here be careful and weary of this place. They will say they delivered your food and you'll never get it.

This place has the best pizza and service. Door dash screwed up my order and hassled Hungry Howies about redelivering. The staff personally delivered my corrected order. These guys are the best as is their pizza. Highly recommend!

Correction:
If you order flavored crust then you get a crust made on your deep dish, guess I’m the one in the wrong. Never had that ever happen to before in 20 years must be something new. I did go back to the store to have them correct this (spent a total of 1hr45mins driving back and forth) glad they fixed it.
Pick up online order. Got a deep dish pizza… looks like a hand tossed made to look like deep dish. Added extra hot honey drizzle, was none on there. Asked for well done, shocking not well done. Asked for flavor butter cheese crust, no flavor. Barely any pepperonis. I never complain but I had to this time.

decent pizza for a chain but my delivery took over an hour even after paying an extra fee for fast delivery. if you get, do pickup ?
