Ordered food with shakes and they stopped and cleaned the ice cream machine in the middle of dinner rush leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes. Do better JITB. Clean when you don't have a ton of people waiting.

Sodas were flat got them changed 3 times and they were all bad the person had an attitude when asked to change it and we had such a small amount of fries in our meals they seemed stale .

So overall experience is fine. Long wait, for food. Once we got home we realized that the mozzarella sticks were DROWNED in greece. It ripped the bag and went throw the box. All over my car, my sons pants, and my floor once inside. The rest of the food was fine buuut I'd be careful with the fried goods. Service was great however, the drive through lady knew her stuff and was very well spoken.

They got my order wrong and gave me an attitude when I went in to fix it. I get you were busy but thats not the customers fault.

Just visited this morning and Adam took my order, he was so polite and respectful. The food was delicious and I will return to this location again… Thank you Adam for doing a great job, we need more workers like you.

Went through the drive thru this morning and first I didn’t get the large soda that I asked for and was handed a medium but that’s not a big deal. What is a big deal however is the ridiculous amount of mustard they drenched our burgers in. I don’t know one person that drenches things in mustard like that. I had to wipe half of it off with a napkin just to eat. Do better.

July 21 11pm: Ordered a munchie meal (burger, fries, taco, and cookie), a sourdough jack, and onion rings
When the employee handed the bag over through the drive thru window, they packed all of the food into one bag, so it ripped when we grabbed it since the bag was over stuffed and heavy. One of our burgers fell out of the bag and onto the drive thru floor since it ripped open. The employee didn’t blink an eye. Just looked at it and went back to what she was doing. Didn’t apologize, offer to remake the burger or even give us a new bag. Nothing at all. Horrible customer service. I would put her name on the review but she didn’t even give me a receipt 🤷♀️
Edit: after getting home and opening my meal, I just noticed that they also got my order wrong lol.
Ordered 2 burgers and one of them ended up being a chicken sandwich instead 🥲 the burger they actually got right was the one that fell on the floor that we cant even eat 🤣🤣🤣

Great food, but more important, outstanding service. The employees there were friendly and very hospitable. This was the best quality service I have ever experienced in a restaurant, and I have been in many restaurants, from fast food to high end dining.

Food was cold, older than dirt, very sloppily made, they messed up the burger on my order terribly, I called the store and asked for a manager the kid says he's never there. Supposedly an Allen B
Serving rotten eggs and they replaced the coffee I ordered with a kid's apple juice drink.
Almost every time I try to go here there’s an issue. Either their credit card machine is broken, the drive thru is closed, the shake machine is broke, etc. after Covid this is one of the only late night places to get food. It’s unfortunate
Went here once like a year ago and they forgot to put my chicken nuggets in the bag. I'm still salty about that
We had got a mobile order showed up to the drive thru told her we had a mobile order through the speaker and she said pull up to second window got to the second window told us to come inside we got inside and she was on her phone we had stood there for a while and said hello got ignored. The cook told her we were there and she told him they were for the mobile order and went back on her phone she had our order on the counter and almost gave it away to another guy. Got home the drinks were water down and the sprite was brown.
