We had got a mobile order showed up to the drive thru told her we had a mobile order through the speaker and she said pull up to second window got to the second window told us to come inside we got inside and she was on her phone we had stood there for a while and said hello got ignored. The cook told her we were there and she told him they were for the mobile order and went back on her phone she had our order on the counter and almost gave it away to another guy. Got home the drinks were water down and the sprite was brown.

We litterly left in the middle of our ordering process at drive thru because the cashier was having an attitude for no reason? Plus, he was even yelling at us because we couldn’t hear what he what saying because he was speaking fast and unclear

Even when she finally put her phone away she didn't even acknowledge me for several minutes even I kept saying hi hello still waiting to be acknowledged after several minutes!! Hope her manager sees this. Finally got acknowledged and she told me she doesn't speak English even I have been hearing her speak it and she is talking badly about me in Spanish and got the order wrong twice

I texted my wife exactly what I wanted, right off their online menu. She actually had the server read it to ensure her accent wasn't a problem. It was still wrong! "From Jack in the box: Sourdough Smashed Jack™ Combo no grilled onions, crispy (not loaded) potato wedges and Dr Pepper." He actually had the nerve to tell her he didn't understand "not loaded" when their menu has loaded potato wedges on it. I wanted to ensure I got no bacon. So, what I apparently got was a BACON Double Sourdough Smashburger. I couldn't eat it. Train your employees as to what is on the nenu.

I want to add this earlier i went to Wendys and they didnt take my order at the drivethru cause i was on my scooter but thats ok i came over to Jack in the box and the friedly workers at Jacks took my order and they told me to come inside to eat i love the simple people at Jack iin the box. Sincerly Thank you
