Every time we come here, not matter if there’s not a single person in the drive thru or not they make you park out front after ordering so their numbers look good for the company for how fast their service is, and then they make you wait outrageous times for your food. Absolutely ridiculous, this time I had to go in and ask for my food after waiting 15 min when we were the only people in the drive thru when we got there. I still waited another 10 min once I got inside while other people were complaining about not being helped and then somehow our order was cold and wrong. We are done trying to eat there anymore, save your money!

I know it's fast food but the customer service was top notch. I accidentally placed my online order to a store 40 min away and they had no problem making what I ordered and were very helpful during the process. I thought I was going hungry. But instead full and happy.

I am still stunned by the experience I had at this particular Jack in the Box. The person that took my order in the drive thru was both patient and confident with my presence in the drive thru being attended to immediately. That last point has not been a guarantee for me at this location in the past. My drink was ready for me at the window, the food was made quickly, and overall the easiest visit to Jack in the Box I have ever made.
But wait, there's more! All of the food was made perfectly AND was what I actually ordered.
I had a very tough day today, but something I cherish is perfection and craftsmanship. Too often, people disparage the value of work in the food service and blue collar industries. The genuine pursuit of perfection for any productive and useful skill should always be appreciated and recognized. At about 11:30 PM on 01/06/26, I experienced someone genuinely caring about doing their job right at Jack In the Box, for the first time in my life.
I have ate at this location a fair amount of times over the last 2 years and have never had anywhere close to this 5 star experience. I do not know anyone that works at a Jack in the Box, I have zero incentive or reason to type out all of this aside from expression. I am so angry and frustrated with life as a whole because it seems like hard work and diligence just aren't valued the way they ought to. Well I hope that Jack in the Box employee knows that I care and I extremely appreciate the effort.

Went specifically for the midnight box to get the Gremlin Toy, paid extra money and did not receive the toy. I was not notified when making the purchase that they were all gone, even though the posters were still up. The soda machine was wiped out when I notified staff she said she had no idea, put her head down and never checked on the machine to refill it. This experience gave me zero motivation to ever go to jack and box ever again.
Got a grilled cheese seemed dry and not gooey more greasy than good

Our order got messed up. I ordered 12 taco's and only 2 of them were not too have sauce on them. They all came with no sauce. Also I asked for ranch and didn't get. I had to get out if my vehicle and go inside and ask for it.

Ordered food with shakes and they stopped and cleaned the ice cream machine in the middle of dinner rush leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes. Do better JITB. Clean when you don't have a ton of people waiting.

Sodas were flat got them changed 3 times and they were all bad the person had an attitude when asked to change it and we had such a small amount of fries in our meals they seemed stale .
