Nov 21 2025 9:45 says here on google closes at 10pm black guy and Hispanic guy like to close early or something and I got off to check if open they just looked at me and kept making sandwiches but I thought they were closed??? Anyways hopefully somebody from management sees this post and tells these guys they need to be open from OPEN TO CLOSE I understand people want to go home but I can’t go home early from my job just decide Oh, it’s time to go home. “I wanna go home. Let’s close up early.”? I’d get fired!!

Don’t order anything with bacon. The bacon they served me was too rubbery to bite through and Zach says that’s was how their bacon always is. I suggested they use fresh bacon and Zach told me to go complain to corporate. I’m going to tell everyone in the neighborhood. This is not a place to spend money you’ll be disappointed.

On 10-02-2025 order a veggie got lettuce, 4 tomatoes and 4 cucumbers costing me $12.99. I will not recommend or return to a Jimmy John's which I totally loved their sandwiches. Picture attached so you can see how this sandwich wasn't worth the money 😒. (I tore the sandwich in half before opening it to save half for later) but did not remove anything from it. This was store #1195 9645 Washington St. So disappointed

Garbage. Staff didn't even know how to listen when taking orders. Order completely wrong.
Stopped in right before closing and got great service
It's kind of hit or miss whether they'll be freaky fast or normie slow. Overall it's good though.
