Johnny's Italian Steakhouse & Event Center

This place just keeps getting better. One member of our party had special dietary requirements, and those were met completely and cheerfully. Kudos to our server Kaylee and her manager who came to help her out during a busy time. The food was excellent: I had the Beef Wellington and it was the best I'd ever had.

What a wonderful experience. My girlfriends and I had a great time. Our waitress was excellent and the food and drinks excellent. We will definitely be back. What a great birthday party. Thank you!

Great food! hannaH was really nice! There was one awkward moment, where one of the buses was sweeping a booth across from us and was just launching debris towards our booth. She was completely clueless and stupid, but I’m not gonna ding the place over that. We’ll be back.

Had dinner last night. Ordered the 14 oz ribeye. 10 ounces of it were pure fat. Very disappointed. I do not recommend

Enjoyed happy hour with our daughter for a birthday celebration. Great appetizer and drink specials. Steaks and salads were excellently prepared. Johnny's has become our ‘go-to' place to celebrate with a special meal.

Absolutely wonderful time, the food was delicious and already makes me want more. Rach was very helpful when I asked about wine pairing as well.

I came in recently for a date I had been planning for a while, something special I really wanted to go right. But the experience was nearly ruined right from the start by the host, Micheal. When I asked for a table, he laughed at me for no reason. Almost in a mockingly manner. I wasn’t trying to be funny, I was just trying to enjoy the evening with someone important to me. His dismissive and unprofessional behavior totally killed the vibe for my date, and to be honest, it ruined the night. First impressions matter and this one left a really bad taste.

We frequently go to Johnnys. This was pretty typical for the food and atmosphere. But the service was extremely slow - especially for a Thursday night. The restaurant was not very crowded when we arrived. But it still took more than 10 min before someone stopped at our table. The slower service continued through the meal. Not sure what they were doing as I think they only had one other table.

Happy hour with our dog on the covered patio is like heaven. We looooove the appetizers and mixed drinks here. The shrimp and steak kabobs are always cooked perfectly! We've been several times, and the food is consistently amazing regardless of who is cooking.

We enjoyed the ambiance and the service was fantastic. Be sure to ask for the gruyere cheese dip and fresh chips. They are not always on the menu so be sure to ask. The only reason Johnny's didn't score higher with us was because we all ordered our steaks differently and they all came the same. And, the steaks were not as good as we would have liked for the price. Overall, it is nice to have something that feels upscale in Thornton but our expectations for the steaks were high enough that we were disappointed.

Food, ehh. Salads SUCKED. Hard-baked potatoes. Great waiter though.

I came in for brunch on a Saturday and it was a nice surprise!! Portions were large and prices were reasonable. I would come back for brunch again!

Not too impressive... food was mediocre and the service was not too good. Of all things, they didn't have spaghetti.
