They didnt mark my order as done. I walked in they ignored me. Turns out my food was done the whole time and it wasnt until the third person came up and helped me that i realized it was ready for ten minutes already. Also i clicked on tea in the app and got lemonade. Didnt realize i had to select another menu is dumb but thats on the corp.

Food was so dry. Chicken pot pie was clumsy and thick. Nasty! Corn looks dehydrated, the gravy on the mash potatoe was thick and stuck onto the potatoes like its been sitting out for hours. Some parts of the chicken skin was soft and other parts were crispy like its been sitting out and no one covered it. Look at the picture. Never going to this KFC again.

Placer a order online and was completely surprised that it was wrong.. waited 10 minutes past the pick up time and food was still cold.. normally this is a stand out KFC/A&W but I definitely will not be placing a app order again.

I haven't been to a KFC in a while but I recently got a family meal for the Bronco game! The food was so good! Fresh food, clean store and Bryce the manager was so professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location! Kudos to Bryce and his staff. I will definitely come back to this location. The Colonel should be proud of this man and this location!
I have gotten sick every time I eat here. I see an add on TV for an item, I think it looks good, I get the food, it tastes good, I get food poisoning. It's a rough cycle, I will update you all in two months when I get food poisoning again.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Went through the drive through ordered 3 piece WHITE meal with mashed potatoes and a coke. When I got home it was a dark meat meal. There was no silverware, nutter or honey. When I called they hung up on me 15 times and when I finally got someone to answer he said he couldn't hear me and hung up AGAIN. Called right back 5 more times before a female picked up. I explained the error and her response was that the meal is automatically dark meat. I explained that I specifically requested white meat. And she said that that was the way the meals comes. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

We stopped by today to grab a quick snack for lunch. The gentleman who took our order we found out later was also the GM. He’s probably one of the most friendly people you will ever meet. I believe he said his name was Bryce. After we ordered through the drive-through, we decided to go around and come inside to eat, and decided to use the restrooms. I understand why they have codes on them because they want to keep the messy people out. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I truly appreciate them taking care to keep the experience wonderful. thanks so much for the amazing experience. The food was fresh and hot and the drinks had plenty of fizz. This is probably the nicest KFC I’ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly and happy to interact and have me as a customer. Thanks Bryce we will be back soon. Keep it up!!
