We stopped by today to grab a quick snack for lunch. The gentleman who took our order we found out later was also the GM. He’s probably one of the most friendly people you will ever meet. I believe he said his name was Bryce. After we ordered through the drive-through, we decided to go around and come inside to eat, and decided to use the restrooms. I understand why they have codes on them because they want to keep the messy people out. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I truly appreciate them taking care to keep the experience wonderful. thanks so much for the amazing experience. The food was fresh and hot and the drinks had plenty of fizz. This is probably the nicest KFC I’ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly and happy to interact and have me as a customer. Thanks Bryce we will be back soon. Keep it up!!

The only reason why I am giving this a 5 star rating on 10/26/25(pm) is because of the service that I received from Joseph!! Very slow and low quality service but Joseph was bouncing around every station helping out, making sure everything was to prefection. Thank you Joseph!!

Says closes at 11pm but they were closed at 10:15pm and it looked like the workers were outside smoking. If the time is wrong on Google then change it but if its not, y'all shouldn't be closing whenever you feel like it.

Went through the drive through paid for my food and was then told that they couldn't fill my order so I asked for a refund which I was told had been done. That was on the 10th of July. Bryce assured me that he was taking care of it but no surprise here it is the 29th and I still haven't received my refund!!! I paid for food that I never received! My family will go to this establishment again! Terrible customer service!

I am no longer coming here. This is the third time in a row my cheese curds have been burnt and inedible. I also am not a fan of the new chicken they use in the mashed potato bowls. It's no longer crispy. Now it's dry and overcooked. For a place that relies heavily on fried foods- learn how to fry!
