I’ve been going to kneaders for their bread for a long time. It’s always quality. The staff is always nice and welcoming. Today is the day before thanksgiving and I just went in you guys were packed… but ready!! So many sheet trays full of pies, rolls, bread and other treats. The professionalism and calm matter that I believe his name was Craig? ( tall man who has a slick head) displayed was impressive. I worked in the service industry for a decade and he was chefs kiss! Also kudos to all those behind the scenes and the management for picking such a great staff of people. Bravo!

Husband working late last night, ordered our faves for when he got home. General a really great place, but we've noticed a decline in food amount/quality, as of late. His favorite is the turkey bacon avocado, so I ordered the sandwich with a combo. He got home about 11pm or so, and went to eat his food..it was disappointing to say the least. Hardly any turkey, tomato or onion; and NO bacon or avocado at all (see photos). I didn't think to check it, trusting that I got what I ordered, and this is what he came home to. He didn't eat it be cause I was going to return it in the morning. I, now, realize they're not even open on Sundays. I know that I went there later in the evening, so things might have run low or run out --but if that was the case, there should have just been transparency and common courtesy. I could have got something else, depending, or went somewhere else. Not sure I'll be back.

The food and selection is excellent and it's a very nice environment. Good selection of breads and pastries, among really good soups and sandwiches. Portions are a bit small for the price, honestly, but it's delicious and the service is fantastic!

Don’t bother with this chain; it is of a dying breed for a reason. The soup all comes out of a bag, this building has never seen a whole piece of chicken as the chicken comes in already cooked and sliced is heated to order. The bread is abysmal probably because they can’t keep staff. The bread I purchased was dense hard, and not appealing. The french Bakery near by is MUCH BETTER. As are the pastries, please do not waste your time here it will never be worth the money.

This was my first time trying this place and it was so FANTASTIC. The Sandwiches are so fresh and the bread.. Omg delish and hearty.
First time in and seeing that the soups is not made in house and comes from a bag is very disappointing! Watching the cook behind the counter sweat and touch his hat with gloves on while preparing food is disgusting! I only seen one person out of the crew wash her hands with dark colored hair before preparing the smoothie. WOW!! just WOW!!
