I remember trying the sugar cookie when I was a kid and never knowing who made the cookie until I came here with my boyfriend and I tried the cookie (keep in mind, I've been looking for this cookie my whole life). Only kneaders can make a cookie that you'll remember the taste of for your whole life.

They STRUGGLE to get orders correct especially online orders. There have been 4 separate times they have butchered my order. I'm not sure what happens between ordering and reading the order and making the food, but they need to hire more compantant readers or something. Today we ordered a sandwich with no kneader sauce and the lettuce had drippings of the sauce like they forgot and just switched the bread. Didn't include my child's sandwich in the order to all. I had to make her a sandwich at home. That's just today, honestly it has been way worse. I guess we're just masochists, because we keep going back. If you eat here order in person, because it's always fine in person. I hate to sound stuck up, but I have worked in food service, its not hard to read an order off a recipet and make it accordingly. Maybe corporate should look at the management at this location or maybe analyze who the line cook is. Something should change this place is worse than McDonald's with accuracy. Have a staff meeting it's so embarrassing to have such good food and such poor execution.

Amy and Chaya delivered the BEST service anyone could wish for! Even though it looked like they were the only employees in the building, they were super attentive and gave service with a smile! They were absolutely amazing, and the reason why we would come back! Keep them!

Food took a little bit to come out they gave us free pastries AND there are two ladies working alone WITH THE BEST ATTITUDES! I love when customer service is AMAZING!! The manager was here talking the poor girls head off and she still pushed through and handled business. Great staff!!

Our company ordered a large amount of food and to find out we had several pieces of hair in our sandwich bread, it was very off putting! See picture attached! That was one example, we had a few others find animal hair imbedded in the bread as well! We reached out with photo proof and unfortunately the customer service was poorly executed! The guy barely let us speak a word and didn’t listen! He was very rude! He goes of the hundreds of dollars we spend here’s 25 dollars! Definitely will not be coming back! Customer service needs work!
