Always so good! I remember trying the sugar cookie when I was a kid and never knowing who made the cookie until I came here with my boyfriend and I tried the cookie (keep in mind, I've been looking for this cookie my whole life). Only kneaders can make a cookie that you'll remember the taste of for your whole life.

They STRUGGLE to get orders correct especially online orders. There have been 4 separate times they have butchered my order. I'm not sure what happens between ordering and reading the order and making the food, but they need to hire more compantant readers or something. Today we ordered a sandwich with no kneader sauce and the lettuce had drippings of the sauce like they forgot and just switched the bread. Didn't include my child's sandwich in the order to all....

Amy and Chaya delivered the BEST service anyone could wish for! Even though it looked like they were the only employees in the building, they were super attentive and gave service with a smile! They were absolutely amazing, and the reason why we would come back! Keep them!
