Love the experience and the simplicity of ordering. I enjoy ordering directly from the tablet that’s provided table side as opposed to ordering from the wait staff. streamlines how fast you’re able to get your food! lots of options as well

Warning we are Avid Travelers and Foodies but our recent dinner date at K Pot was a memorable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by our server TRISTAN. Throughout the evening, he demonstrated remarkable kindness and attentiveness, ensuring that our every need was met. Tristan's expertise in recommending drinks was impressive, and his creation of a customized sauce tailored to our specific preferences and spice tolerance was a notable highlight. His outstanding hospitality skills made a lasting impression on us. We particularly enjoyed the Strawberry Hennessy and Pineapple Painkiller cocktails, as well as the Bulgogi and Pork belly meat options.

I go to this at least once a month. Love the food, the atmosphere, and customer service. I wish that they could add more desserts though and hopefully the service and food quality does not change. AND HOPEFULLY people do not abuse the concept of “eat-all-you-can”.

Tasty but definitely not worth the price.

The meat quality is subpar compared to the other hot pot locations in the area. There wasn’t a huge selection of veggies, the sauce station & fried food station was clean. I probably would go to another competitor for hot pot. Same with Korean BBQ.

First time in and it was great. Our server Drake, he took good care of us. He was friendly and explained everything very well. He was running the bar and serving us at the sametime. The food was great too, tasted good and lots of variety too. The 2 Negatives for me was. One, I didn't really like the kimchi, it's on the sweet side. Second, it doesn't seem like they have a team concept. If you need something no one is willing to help you unless they are your server. I would have given service a 4 star if Drake wasn't such and great worker. That man deserves a raise!!!!!

Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this place.

it’s an ok spot. from what I’ve seen the hot pot experience is good here, unfortunately I got the Korean bbq.

service was pretty good, but the kbbq is kinda half baked. they don’t have a lot of the side dishes that usually get brought to the table at most places. they have a self serve area with kimchi and sauces (again, better for hot pot)

the meats were all tasty, but they fumbled on the basics of kbbq. come here for hot pot or kbbq if you don’t mind missing the usual side dishes

A hidden gem! One of the best experiences, especially if you're new to this style of eating! The staff was super friendly and explain everything you need to know before you start. Don't be intimidated and go have fun!

Our server Maria went above and beyond with our service, night energy, and over atmosphere. She really earned her tip that night by being an extremely attentive waitress and extremely upbeat. Thank you for a great night out with friends. We will definitely be back will only request her. She is worth the wait for what she brings to the table!

Really great visit here and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Definitely put a modern vibe on the Korean restaurant that you are used to with music playing and neon lights scattered around. Our server took time to explain the process of selecting on a tablet and the different sauces and starters that were available.
Had lunch this time but will definitely return for dinner and maybe try the BBQ menu next time.

Absolutely fantastic location and staff. Brandon, Drake, and Tristan took amazing care of us and kept us laughing the whole night. Super friendly and personable.
