The staff at KPOT is always so friendly and welcoming! We had Len this time, and she was especially kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. The food is always delicious, my absolute favorite is the Korean seafood broth. I just wish they had ssamjang at the sauce bar. Still, KPOT never disappoints!
First time here, food was great! Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, took a bit to order, being my first time in. Was confused by the grill ( snuck a peek over the seat to see how it worked) maybe a little more explanation on how everything worked but I didn't ask either and it all cooked nicely. Next time I share my soup, way to much for one person.
I brought a group of 4 here. The service was amazing! Elena and Cyril were on top of everything. We brought a friend new to hotpot. Cyril and Elena were so informative! The finger ribs is where it's at! The girls make our dinner an awesome time! Definitely coming back!
