I work very close by this spot. I used to go in here all the time until yesterday. It was my day off and I brought my family. There is a language barrier because I mostly speak English only but I can understand very little Spanish. But the people employed here mostly only speak Spanish. The girl behind the counter was new. She was wearing a pink shirt. She would only talk to my family in Spanish. She was being completely rude and asking if we wanted one or two balls of ice cream, they were giggling and laughing and speaking in Spanish like I didn’t understand. I completely dissatisfied with their service . I work in customer service and you don’t treat people like that. I wanted to throw the ice cream right back at them however I did not paid for my stuff did not leave a tip and left and will never be going back. Good luck with your new worker she’s rude.

Very bad experience. We ordered 5 hamburgers and they gave us all of them dry and with burnt meat and wini, hard bread and dry fries. I asked the girl who served me not to put Magy Worcestershire sauce on my crazy potatoes and I ordered and she put a lot of Magy sauce on it. The bad thing is that when I told the girl she got upset. I will never return
