Not an ethical business they do not honor advertised specials. Tried to order a special online and it’s says not available. Called the location to order and they wanted to charge me more or I had to order it online. I told them it says unavailable. They offered no solution

This location is very hit or miss and inconsistent. Staff members say different things regarding dine in hours, etc. Also, service is very slow when we do come in to dine. It should not take 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza when there is 7-10 staff working. Also, very frustrating when folks who came in after receive their orders before you. Please do better Marcos staff

This may be the slowest pizza place in the US. On multiple occasions this Marcos has taken over 2 hours to cook two medium pizzas. You’ll sit n hold for 15+minutes for and update and once they do answer, they lie about the progress of your order. Management is never on site. The place is just an overall disaster.

I have not posted a review in years. I love pizza. This pizza made me gag. Greasy and tasted terrible. I regularly order from Anthony's II on 112th and Colorado. Pricey but worth it.

Single most excruciating dining experience I’ve endured in the last decade. Dirty tables, dirty floors, non-communicative teens running the place. I witnessed two employees throwing food at each other inside the kitchen while preparing orders. I saw no one wash their hands. I ordered a medium pizza and a salad. Pizza was done in 20 minutes, salad took 40 minutes and I had to go back to the counter and ask for it 3 times. Pizza was good, but not worth this experience or non-existent service. Couldn’t pay me to return.
Placed order and was told in would ready in 20 min. Showed up to pick up and no order was found. They agreed to re-order and have it delivered and finally showed up 90 min and was not even what was ordered.

We haven't been to this Marco's in a while, but it's really gone downhill since the last time we were there. The pizza was crazy rubbery and had a very strange taste and was covered in grease. I love pizza and will eat almost any pizza, but this wasn't even edible. Ended up throwing it all away. I used to be blown away with how good it was for a chain pizza spot but something has changed.

This restaurant really needs to get its act together. Pizza here is sometimes good, sometimes not at all good. If you dine in, expect dirty conditions – many ants were under one of the tables tonight – no napkins in the napkin dispensers and multiple tables not bussed. Marco’s has typically been a good brand name, but it is not well represented by this location.
