Just absolutely tired of this place messing up or forgetting things every single time I order there. Today is the first time in a while. Have to sign up for their new order system which is absolutely awful, especially the order status screen. Get there grab the food and head home. But of course I’M the moron for not checking it before I left. Two pizzolis, sauces left out. So I have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK. Just for sauce. Absolutely infuriating. This is why people don’t want to go out to eat anymore. Tired of spending $50 on food for these places to just not care. I like Marco’s food, but GD this place needs to do better when it comes to consistency and making sure every order is right.

Horrible experience with Marcos pizza. We ordered at 7:30 pm and they gave us a burnt pizza. The next day we go in and show pictures of the burnt pizza and the manager some guy named Andrew completely dismissed us and did not even apologize and said “oh I wasn’t working” and walks away. Completely disrespectful and disgusting behavior. You guys serve a burnt pizza and then just shrug it off? Never eating at Marcos pizza again.

The next day we go in and show pictures of the burnt pizza and the manager some guy named Andrew completely dismissed us and did not even apologize and said “oh I wasn’t working” and walks away. "manager" at 5pm on Feb 5th 2024 only gave me 1 pizza that my wife offered online and asked that I pick up. When I go back for the other pizza he was rude as hell. Wouldn't give his name, said it was my fault I didn't check receipt. Actually I had: each pizza apparently has its own receipt stuck to it, not total of all pizzas ordered. Anyways, he was the rudest short man syndrome employee I've encountered in a long time. Marcos Po Pizza should do better. Not giving me all of our order was his fault, not mine, I didn't place the order, just picked up. He took no ownership of it, blamed the customer. Typical customer service i guess by these millenials

Ordered a pizza for dinner to pick up on my way home from work, ordered the XL sausage magnífico with triple sausage and add onions. With a garlic sauce cup. Gave a 20% tip to make sure they did a good job, but of course they didn’t do that. Got a scarce amount of sausage, no onions and no sauce cup. $33 wasted !!! This was my first and last visit to Marcos pizza.

Marcos Pizza is simply the best! From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. The pizza is always fresh and full of flavor. They never skimp on toppings and the crust is just perfect crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Their secret sauce is to die for. A must-visit for any pizza lover. 5 stars all the way!

Went in today to grab some pizzas a kid named Vincent helped me out he was very personable great customer service the food was excellent he prepared for me and my family. I think he needs a raise he is the kind of employee I would want working for my business. I am giving a five star review because of Vincent today. Great job kid keep it up ?

Ordered delivery requested no cheese on one that did not happen wife called waited on hold 15 minutes the she was hung up on. Go down manager in the Kodak hoody told me phones were not even ringing being a real rude individual. Showed him the cheese didn’t seem to care. Meanwhile while waiting there’s about 6 employees literally doing nothing and a maybe 5 year old kid running around the kitchen? Who ever owns this place may want to reconsider its choice in leadership. It’s pretty apparent not one person inside cares about its customers or its company.Tried to reach out via fb or x and there’s no active links to do so
