Go here all the time not sure why but when I order on the app my order has been wrong 2 times now. This time I added a 3rd 1/4 pound patty with the burger plain. Was charged for the extra but didnt get it and wasn't plain. Usually not a big deal but when im charged i would like to get what paid for

The manager working today Saturday, 11/22/2025 at 5pm needs to be fired or demoted! I went through the drive thru and was parked for TWENTY MINUTES! Went in to see where it was at and the manager said they gave it to me, if I got my order why would I wait twenty minutes to go in! Then she starts blaming all of the kids working saying it was their fault but she was the one bagging the orders. I stood there and additional 15 minutes and she still didn’t know what I was there for! I handed her my receipt a total of three times. Then she shorted me a McRib and she started screaming at the girl who handed me my drinks and said it was her fault. Mind you the restaurant was not even busy, I feel sorry for everyone who works with her.

I went through the drive through today and lady in back cash put extra sauce and chargers even when I did not ask for that and than I get pulled to park just for them to not give me the right sauce that I asked for and not give any extra.

Used to have quick service until recently…What happened to the old staff…While I admire kids who are willing to work…These kids stand around bullshitting around dancing…Isn’t there a manager during the shift…

They always put me in the curbside drive thru and then take another 10-15 minutes and no one brings the food. Have to get off the car and go inside to get it. I thought the purpose of drive thru is to get it faster if you’re in a rush. On top of that if I ask for a hot and spicy plain I expect it plain not with everything. Happens all the time.

I had placed a mobile order for curbside pick up. They missed our fries and when I call to ask for refund for the fries, the lady that answered my call said we can do it online however checking back on the app it's just says to contact store so 🤷 I just hope that service crew are diligently checking the product they are delivering curbside to avoid this type of incident.

When I ordered my food and went to pay the order was wrong, we told the guy at the window 4 times that it was still wrong, we paid when he said he understood and “corrected” the order, then when we got to the next window they gave us someone else’s order and we gave it back to them and then they had us wait for our food and when they brought it out it was still wrong, we told the lady who gave us the food that it was wrong but she just said sorry and walked off. Do not recommend going to this McDonalds

Zero starts if could, DO NOT COME HERE I HONESTLY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS LOCATION IS OPEN, I came and ordered two 10 pc nugget meals they gave me the 2 drinks and 2 nuggets but not the 2 fry’s after I realized I went in and told them they forgot to give me the fries and they proceeded to say I did not purchase the 2 meals after I literally just paid them the fact that I would even have to give reason about something I paid for is disgusting behavior, the manager was absolutely rude, Hear me out imagine you go somewhere purchase some food at the drive thru notice what you paid for isn’t in there and you confront them about it and say you don’t pay for that, I’m ngl guys I think I was robbed and I think all around it’s just an absolutely terrible McDonalds especially when it comes to customer service, I’m saying all this so you guys don’t have to go through this or any other situations as you can see that are in the reviews this is a continuous thing they have been doing just read the reviews

I live down the street so I’ve been here a decent amount. It used to be awful, my orders were almost always wrong. Lately they’ve gotten a bit better. Jk, just went there after ordering on a mobile app. They made me wait in the drive through line just to tell me they couldn’t take my mobile app order and didn’t let me just order regular on the spot. So I got nothing after paying and waiting.
