I live down the street so I’ve been here a decent amount. It used to be awful, my orders were almost always wrong. Lately they’ve gotten a bit better. Jk, just went there after ordering on a mobile app. They made me wait in the drive through line just to tell me they couldn’t take my mobile app order and didn’t let me just order regular on the spot. So I got nothing after paying and waiting.

this place suck no matter what you order they will sit you at curbside currently im at 30 mins cause of a quarter pounder meal ive now watched 4 people who came after me leave i will never return here ill go up the block to the other out my way 10 minutes before ever giving this one my money again

This McDonald’s is very close to my house. I keep giving them chance after chance after chance, but this McDonald’s consistently delivers horrible customer service Customer service is essential and easy to fix. They don’t seem to really care.

Horrible. Disgusting. Came to this location to get my son soemthing to eat while we came and ate down the road at chubbys. My son takes a drink and we notice this HUGE fly, we call McDonald’s & they said to bring it back and they will refund the $1 for the drink. I will be calling the health department as this is digsuting and unacceptable.

Went in on Feb 11th around 3:30 PM and had a coupon for a free combo meal for any size and was refused service. And when I asked why, I wasn't given an answer.

Watch out when ordering your food the employees will put in upsized drink onto your meals without you even asking for it and it has an extra $.40 to each meal you do so that’s very sneaky and underhanded and that has happened at three of the Tony Bocelli restaurant I have been to in the last week so they really should quit teaching their employees on how to basically steal from customers when you order a five dollar meal you expected to be five dollars not $5.40 after the the drink up charge on there because I’ll put a large drink on instead of the small that comes with it

Saturday Jan 18th I went in around 1045 and the service was so slow. I felt bad for the manager who was doing all the work while her other co workers sat around on their phones. Food was cold cold and I wanted to ask for a refund but honestly felt bad.

Every single time me or my friends come to this McDonalds Drive-Thru the lady that hands us the food ALWAYS slashes our sauce cups and gives us cold food. And they act like they don’t know much English when we go back and complain. That girl needs to be fired or needs to learn English. This happens every time we come to this specific McDonalds and it’s very much childish and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Got a 20 piece and when i got my food the manager with blonde hair Hispanic (because she spoke Spanish to me) gave me sauce very rude and one fell and i asked for another one and she was so rude said no i already gave you one that's not my problem.... makes me mad the fact that she was a manager.
