Went in on Feb 11th around 3:30 PM and had a coupon for a free combo meal for any size and was refused service. And when I asked why, I wasn't given an answer.

Watch out when ordering your food the employees will put in upsized drink onto your meals without you even asking for it and it has an extra $.40 to each meal you do so that’s very sneaky and underhanded and that has happened at three of the Tony Bocelli restaurant I have been to in the last week so they really should quit teaching their employees on how to basically steal from customers when you order a five dollar meal you expected to be five dollars not $5.40 after the the drink up charge on there because I’ll put a large drink on instead of the small that comes with it

Saturday Jan 18th I went in around 1045 and the service was so slow. I felt bad for the manager who was doing all the work while her other co workers sat around on their phones. Food was cold cold and I wanted to ask for a refund but honestly felt bad.

Every single time me or my friends come to this McDonalds Drive-Thru the lady that hands us the food ALWAYS slashes our sauce cups and gives us cold food. And they act like they don’t know much English when we go back and complain.
That girl needs to be fired or needs to learn English. This happens every time we come to this specific McDonalds and it’s very much childish and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Got a 20 piece and when i got my food the manager with blonde hair Hispanic (because she spoke Spanish to me) gave me sauce very rude and one fell and i asked for another one and she was so rude said no i already gave you one that's not my problem.... makes me mad the fact that she was a manager.

Ordered a number 9 my order number was 1239 at 8:11 am 12/29/2024. Paid 9 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal they did not give me a receipt and only have me the sandwich no hashbrown no drink. I want in to ask why I didn't get the rest of the meal they manager lady started speaking in spanish at me very fast and upset walked to the back of the office. I never got my drink or hashbrown. How are you going to fix this Mcdonald's? Your company is getting way put of control here.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this one I could not ignore. I arrived at the drive to make my order, the employee responded to take my order, however, I could only hear a faint voice, I had to keep repeating my order because she couldn't hear me, once I arrived at the window she gave me a nasty attitude like somehow this was my wrong doing. I tried to explain I could not hear her and that the speaker was not working properly. All she reponded it's working and shut the window.

This message is for the owner, I understand the work dynamic, but where's is your lack of sympathy to your customers? Why are you choosing staff who has poor dealings with customers? Why are your employees so angry? I am not begging for food nor asking for red carpet treatment, but I and other customers expect to be treated with respect. There's a 99.99% that this complaint will be ignored and pushed to the side. Even though I paid for my breakfast, I refused to eat my food for fear of tempering. You need to clean house and make the necessary changes for the good.

I hate writing negative reviews however this is probably the last time I will choose this McDonald's as the one I go to even though it is the closest one to my house. Every time I order from here I come home without something I PAID FOR. This morning it was a Xtra hash browns last time it was Xtra French fries. And yes I should be checking before I leave however if I pay for something I should be able to trust in the people taking my order and my money to be giving me what I pay for. It's already hard enough out there and we try not to eat out just for the fact that everything is so expensive nowadays but when we do and we spend the ridiculous amount of money McDonald's charges for their food I would hope the employees care enough to make sure everything is accounted for that we pay for before handing me my food out the window and saying have a nice day. But at this McDonald's for some reason NOT ONE PERSON DOES THAT. I end up wasting money every time I go there due to the fact that something is ALWAYS forgotten. I wish this was me being dramatic and exaggerating the story but unfortunately it is not. Make sure to check your food before you leave and if for some reason God forbid you forget like we do don't be surprised if you don't get something you paid for.
