Horrible service and even worse management. This place is run by a bunch of lazy employees standing around talking and playing on their phones while orders get messed up.

I ordered online and still waited over 15 minutes. The Coke machine syrup was completely off, and at first the manager argued with me and claimed it was “watered down from the ice.” After proving it wasn’t, she finally admitted the Coke lines needed to be cleaned.

When I pointed out that no sauce was included, she insisted they were “at the bottom of the bag.” I asked her to show me, and of course there were none. Instead of apologizing, she gave attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me the sauce that should have been included in the first place.

To top it off, when I came from the drive-thru with the bad drink, instead of taking it or replacing it, the female supervisor with an attiude told me to “throw it away” myself while standing there doing nothing.

Absolutely unacceptable service from top to bottom. This location desperately needs new management and serious retraining.

Ordered using the app, gave my code at the drive thru, and was told it was unavailable and it was a donation????? I had to go inside, show them the app order with proof of payment, then had to argue with the manager for the next 5 minutes to get my food.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was just there and they completely messed up my order, after telling them what I had ordered they still managed to mess it up. I asked for ranch and the lady at the window closed the window before confirming I had the correct order. I got charged for a Big Mac meal and when I got home I was missing the Big Mac.

Normally no issues with this location but our experience on 23 October 2025 at 445P was not ideal. The employee working at the order pick up window doing drinks was not friendly and filled over half of my large soda with ice. The order I submitted stated light ice; there isn't even room to say that there was a communication error. Then we were asked to wait in a spot for our food; 15 minutes was a long time for a fast food drive through.

McDonald’s customer service is a joke and the managers are rude when you call this store I order a delivery to my home. I contacted DoorDash as paper was cooked into my burger and was asked if the bag was sealed I said yes it was I called tried to explain my situation to what I was told was a manager and she screamed at me to call door dash I advised I was told to call the store who made the food. She again told me to call DoorDash as it’s not their fault so I guess door dash goes in and cooks the food now that you get and Mac Donald’s is not responsible for handing out bad product just look what I was served stay away from this store and if who ever the lunch manager was on 10-21-25 @ 12:28pm would not give me her name when asked pretended not to hear me should be taught how to treat a customer or fired period I would never have her represent my company!!!

Edit:Jan 2025- my daughter’s friend lost his wallet in this McDonald’s last night (Jan 26) Someone found the wallet and ran over to Walmart to try to make $1500.00 in purchases. Not sure who it was was but it’s pretty easy to figure it out.
It’s being investigated so whoever found the wallet and tried to steal his money, you should turn yourself in and return what you succeeded in buying. And give the wallet back! You have his ID. Drop it in his mail box. (End edit)

I understand that not much should be expected from McDonald’s. It’s not a gourmet meal or a fancy burger restaurant. A messy burger is not bad. I don’t care about that or if it’s wrapped nice and neat. I could care less. I would however like warm food on fresh buns and not stale fries every time I go. If I am gonna wait 10 minutes for my food, is it too much too ask for fresh food and everything I ordered? Hook us up!!

I love McDonald’s. However I was just eating my mcchicken and it started to hurt my teeth and it was hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was some hard small thing. I’m not sure what it is. It sort of looks like a tooth or even a cat claw. I’m really confused on how that even got in my sandwich.

The lady at the counter couldn't speak any English. Do not use this restaurant. Can't get the order right and can't speak English. 2 other McDonald's close by with better service.
