Edit:Jan 2025- my daughter’s friend lost his wallet in this McDonald’s last night (Jan 26) Someone found the wallet and ran over to Walmart to try to make $1500.00 in purchases. Not sure who it was was but it’s pretty easy to figure it out. It’s being investigated so whoever found the wallet and tried to steal his money, you should turn yourself in and return what you succeeded in buying. And give the wallet back! You have his ID. Drop it in his mail box. (End edit)
I understand that not much should be expected from McDonald’s. It’s not a gourmet meal or a fancy burger restaurant. A messy burger is not bad. I don’t care about that or if it’s wrapped nice and neat. I could care less. I would however like warm food on fresh buns and not stale fries every time I go. If I am gonna wait 10 minutes for my food, is it too much too ask for fresh food and everything I ordered? Hook us up!!

Claimed they were doing a "competition" and gave us stale food, the bun was partially soggy from the sauce, it wasn't even hot food

I love McDonald’s. However I was just eating my mcchicken and it started to hurt my teeth and it was hard. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was some hard small thing. I’m not sure what it is. It sort of looks like a tooth or even a cat claw. I’m really confused on how that even got in my sandwich.

The lady at the counter couldn't speak any English. Do not use this restaurant. Can't get the order right and can't speak English. 2 other McDonald's close by with better service.

Refused to give me more than one sauce pack as they say it's enough for my order of 6 items....
The workers who take our orders are always rude and don’t say anything when handing you your food. For whatever reason they’ll never take our order first even when we are the first car to get to the drive through. Ice cream machine has never been broken though!

Stopped by to get breakfast and a coffee. Food was good. They tried to hand me a frap that wasn't even full. Tried to ask them to fill the cup up, and she just looked at me. So I made them refund me and went somewhere else for coffee.
Take notes Ziggys for the win! Better coffee anyways.

Everything was exactly how you would expect it. They removed soda from lobby but don't have any counter staff to help with refills, so that's a pain.
