This was a roller-coaster for a simple order. The actions of a woman employee working the afternoon shift was beyond unprofessional and inappropriate. I pulled up to the drive through with a mobile order and was told at window 1 by this woman employee to come inside because I had a counter order. That's cool, I forgot to change it in the app But when I got in, the Same woman from window 1 angrily said "Prove u have this order, are ur from door dash?" I was confused, prove? I'll give her a pass on not remembering me but It took me less than a minute to park and come inside and it wasn't busy at all ?? I was the only one in the drive through too at the time. In a more aggressive tone, the woman began to demand over and over I show her proof of being a door dash driver. She exhibited very disturbing behavior, so I ignore her and step to the side to see if I could find a manger to signal. During all this, a door dasher walked in and picked up his order without this same strange woman stopping him. Most people know McDonald's have seals that cover door dash bags so they can't be tampered with. My bag was a small order in a small regular unsealed bag, so what's this "prove it a door dasher' come from? So after maybe 5 times of the woman employee aggressively demanding I show proof, the manger finally stepped in and had the remind her she talked to me at window 1 less than a couple minutes ago. After this employee comes back with my request for ketchup, she gives an insane attitude and angrily puts it in my bag. As I leave I see her whispering to another woman co-worker in the ear and looking at me. Wild! I just watched some one on YouTube being interviewed as a proud adult with a highschool lifestyle who lives with parents. Its all good to do that, but why you mad at me LOL! This place has a pattern of bad reviews, it's rated less than a 3.0 and that's rated less than all the other McDonalds in the area. I can't be the first person she insulted trying to buy food. Lastly, I regretted buying even without the dispute, I wish I could return the order because the hamburger tasted old, rubbery and so on. I will never return here. This was a uniquely negative experience and so I have to escalate to upper management and customer service.

Not sure who the young man was that took my drive-thru order just low. Tall, long, curly hair that was pulled back, nice smile. But he had to have been the most personable, friendly & respectful staff member I’ve encountered in years. Just overall seemed happy to be there & I loved that. Well done hiring him!
