I’ve never had a good experience at this location. My order has been wrong on multiple occasions and when I’ve gone back to fix it, they acted annoyed and didn’t really help. The food has never been fresh and they definitely short you on fries. Not worth it.

Orders are always inaccurate and fries here are the worst I've ever had at a McDonald's. Service is very unprofessional and slow for such low quality compared to other nearby locations. I drive the extra few miles for much better quality

I ordered thru the app and it was made 100% correct. I appreciate that and their food tasted fresh, hot and had no added salt, as I requested. I would definitely go back to this location on 120th Ave & Washington vs the one on 104th & Melody, who frequently get my order wrong and their fries aren't fresh. The one on 120th however is a little hard getting into coming from the west.

Dirty, it's fast but everything is wrong. Even the frapé machine isn't calibrated right so half your drink is ice half is frapé syrup. I'd rather keep driving north and go to the location on 136th

They had both drive thru speakers open and skipped my multiple times. I didn’t get to order and just left. Despicable service when you have numerous people in line. If you are not going to switch to the other speaker to take peoples orders you should block off the other drive thru. Learn to run your location or move over and let someone who knows how to run the place take over. Additionally, my daughter just went inside to get our order, and the employee had an attitude and rolled her eyes at my daughter when she asked for extra ketchup.

Ordered sausage and egg bagel it was good. But it'd be nice if they'd make the sausage patty the same size as the bagel
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers plain and extra cheese, it was empty in there except a worker arguing with another worker on his break, I paid almost 2 dollars for extra cheese and they changed nothing about my burger and gave it to me, the wait time was insane for only 3 items and an empty building

I ordered on the app... ran out from work to grab something quick. I get back to my office and the order is WRONG!! So frustrating. I called and got ahold of a manager and the only solution is for me to come back to get my correct sandwich. So, inconvenience me ever further! I will never go back to this McDonalds!!
