The place was clean. The staff working here were terrible. We ordered a simple kids' menu and some extra fries for us. They brought the menu without the nuggets. Long story short, all the food was cold. The kid was crying. Horrible.
Its sad because is one of the few McDonals with a playground.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and waited approximately 15 minutes with no update. When I went inside, I was told the order was not ready, yet I observed multiple drive-thru customers being served promptly. After going through the drive-thru myself, my order was suddenly ready. It appears curbside orders are not given the same priority, which was disappointing.

Maybe their pay should be based off performance and getting the job done right, not the living wage they get now. Since when did the daily double stop adding the four piece chicken nuggets. The manager was not going to make them and felt lying about the meal not having the nuggets was better.

The lady in charge of the restaurant the manager very rude and unpleasant she argued with me over a sandwich that they made a mistake. I ask for help and she started to yelling and arguing with me. What kind of behavior is this.

I'm a fan of McDonald's for the indoor play area with that being said this location is horrible with customer service there is never really anybody at the counter. I dont even know what one employee looks like for a common regular like myself. If you don't place a order for table service then good luck getting your order out
