Ordered take out thru Door Dash. We got our Hamburgers a nd they were good but didn't get second bag with ranch dressing and french fries. McDonalds. Wouldn't help with situation but Door Dash gave a refund. Don't know who was respo sible, Door Dash Driver or McDonalds. This is a common happening.

Good luck getting your order when using the app I've found that this store in Thornton obviously can't take an order. If you go into the store they forget to put the right order in. If you go through the drive thru you better check your order twice because it'll be wrong. Also can't take responsibility for there screw up. Used to be one of the better stores. Good luck.

Every time we order takeout or eat in, there is some problem with the food. This time I ordered a happy meal of cheeseburger and came without cheese, which is charged extra, I also paid for a juice and they didn't put it in, I realized when I was already at home and I wasn't going to come back. Whenever the same person assists me it is the same result.

Some of this is my faultI went to McDonald's - I went to THIS McDonald's - I went to the drive thru - I ordered in English. My bad. I had to tell them 5 times what I wanted (a quarter pounder ONIONS ONLY). They got it WRONG TWICE! Took way too long to order lunchThis is a pattern here

I rarely go to McDonald's, and it has been months since I've been to this location due to bad service. Nothing has changed. Drive through customer service was as rude as ever and became angry when she practically threw my bag at me and lost part of an order of frys. When asked for a drink holder, the behavior was worse. I do not recommend this location. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else.
