The food today was pretty bad. My Big Mac tasted like it had been sitting around a while..bun was soggy and burger dry. Fries were stale and cold. My first time here and my last time.

This McDonald’s specifically I have had the worst experience with the day crew but have never had a problem with the night crew, I came through the drive through asked for 2 Big Macs, a McDouble and a mc crispy, got a sprite as well, when I got my food and drink I was missing 1 of the 2 Big Macs and the sprite I might as well have ordered a ice water, when I went inside to tell them they gave me a different drink with no questions asked but refused to give me my other Big Mac because they only put down for 1, don’t come to this McDonald’s when day crew is working they will mess up you’re order or not put down you’re full order and then make you pay for the missing items even though it was a mess up on their end. Customer service was okay but work ethic was just not there. And having to pay more for their mess up is ridiculous

Came here before closing and ordered 3 hot and spicy chickens but the clerk charged me 3 hot and spicys and 3 deluxe mcCripsy's and then when I had said just refund those she told me she can't cause it went through my app payment and then the manager just laughed and said he wasn't shown how to refund to just come back in the morning.

Worst food ever! Not fresh and taste old.staff needs to be re- trained, zero stars in my opinion, fries always cold. Drive thru incorrect orders. Good reviews are either paid for or just lies, never buying food, there again. 😱no high standards or pride in good service. Nothing but angry kids employed at this place!

Every time I go there I get old and burnt squishy food. They don't even try to give you a good meal, I thought they might change but the management always puts out crap, old food. Worst restaurant I've ever gone to, and it never changes, horrible.

Food was terrible. We ordered on the app, so it should have been ready when we got there. Only 2 people in the drive through and 1 person inside with at least 5 employees working. It took 30 minutes from the moment we walked in to get our food. My Dr Pepper was almost clear and they still served it to me. It took another 10 minutes to get my drink. Will never eat at that location again.

Gave me a drink with hair on it.. worst part i found it after i was halfway through it, felt so disgusted...never gonna go to this mac ever..
Prices are up food was cold. Terrible, do better for 11 plus dollars.

Looks like and feels like nobody cares in the mornings. I've tried multiple times to order in app and pick up at drive thru only to be told to park and wait... I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich everytime. They've failed too many times. I'll pick up breakfast elsewhere. You probably should too.

Three people walked by us when we got here and said nothing to us. What happed to customer service? What happened to greeting customers? On more than one occasion, they asked us to use the kiosk rather than helping us at the counter. NOT OK!!!!
