The breakfast burritos are soooo good. This place deserves nothing less than 5.5 stars. My favorite is the sausage bfast burrito with medium green chile inside. Frankly, anything on their menu has proven to be stellar. If I have a choice of Bfast burrito its always Mercedes and there's a ton of great choices in this area.

Food is always great but I arrived at 8:25pm, pulled on the door to walk in to find that they had already closed. All signs/websites say they are open until 9pm everyday and three women inside stared at me and my family pulling on the door as they sat at a table. The owner should be made aware that employees are turning costumers away early, yet are sitting at tables until close to collect their full pay. Next time I will rip off their 9pm closing sticker because that apparently isn't correct. Ann

I'm giving 1 star because I come here all of the time and it's 8:13pm they have another 45 minutes before they close and they aren't cooking more chicken because according to the worker, "it takes too long to cook the chicken and by the time it's done they'll be closed." They should have their close time at 8pm if that's the case. This isn't the first time this has happened there was one other time in the past and they said they were out of chicken so now it makes perfect sense they don't want to get out of work late. SPECIFY this to your customers, I wonder if the owners know business is being turned away? This is a chicken place for goodness sakes!! It's like chick fil a not serve chicken past 8 because they close at 9-dumbest thing I've heard

I was 2 minutes away from this restaurant and my 4 year old was hungry so I called exactly at 840 to place an order Togo( side rice and beans). The phone rang probably 2 times and then they picked up and hung up I tried calling again and same thing happened by now I'm outside the location 8:50 sings are off and workers are inside chatting it up.

Chicken is very good but portions are a little small for the price so I suggest a little bigger portion

Delicious grilled chicken, beans, rice and pickled onions. $20 for a family sized meal. Comes with tortillas and salsa on the side. Quick service. I've never eaten at the restaurant. I usually stop in and place my order to go. Good, easy, flavorful, tasty food.

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The cook noticed me after 8 minutes and told me someone would take my order but didn't bother to notify the girl that there was PAYING CUSTOMER waiting nor did he care. Once the girl was up there she didn't assist me either, she stocked the fridge and put tacos in the fryer and then looked annoyed when taking my order. No sorry for waiting what can I get for you, just what are you going to get.

Introduction: Located in a simple strip mall surrounded by other restaurants and businesses. I had went to their location in Lakewood off Sheridan and loved it, since moving from that area a couple years ago I had not had it since. So i after hitting back and abs at the gym i decided to satisfy my cravings. Parking 2/5 : At first glance there seems to be ample parking but half of it belongs to the wells fargo bank next door, the other half is shared by the rest of the shops in the strip mall. Luckily many customers take their orders to go or it could become a problem if location is busy. Service 1/5: Not particular friendly, especially if you do not speak Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish and still was frowned upon due to my slight american accent. I also asked the lady for double beans instead of rice and beans and she said okay. When i got home I had rice, i was pretty ticked off and threw the rice away. Food 2/5: Nowhere as good as the Lakewood location. For 9$ they give you a super small serving of rice and beans and a couple small pieces of chicken, some under cooked onions and a jalapeno which was also not grilled properly. Included are some salsas and tortillas which i did not eat. The salsa was watery and lacked any flavor, the pickled onions were super salty instead of tangy. Overall I was hungry so i ate it all, and still had some ribs and coleslaw afterwards because it was not filling enough. The chicken and beans were good but nothing special, everything else was sub par. I would avoid this place if in the area as their are so many options. I think Chipotle and Qdoba have better tasting grilled chicken and much more options, service and better pricing per portion.
An Alternative mexican restaurant tucked away in the corner. A Pecticular menu that oddly only serves chicken dishes. At First sight your eyes and nose will be drawn to several racks with 15 full-sized chicken's being cooked on a giant grill! This visual adds a unique experience to your dish. The decor is traditional Mexican with a sleek modern finish and front Patio. The food was like no other Mexican restaurant I ever ate and digested very well, indicating fresh ingredients were used. I had roasted chicken with grilled jalapenos; one of which turned my skin as red as a fire engine. Also a side of pinto beans that posses the time-honored flavors I expect from my pinto beans. Original Mexican Pop is available and the overall price was cheap yet not the food.

I have palced an order at 830pm to eat there and as i was signing my receipt the cashier tell me well you know we close a 9pm right ! So i replay back your just going to kick us out at 9pm if we are not done eating our food and she tell me well you just dont want us to cleaning around you and get thrash in your food. And i said that fine and we found a seat to seat down and wait for our food and me and my wife start talking about taking our food to go then . So my wife walk up to the counter and asked the cashier to change our order to go then if there going to close in 20 minutes . So she replied the massage to the cook and and the cook replied in Spanish to the cashier Something to offend my wife where she new that they where just talking s*** about us coming in and dining in at 830pm. So my wife ask for a manger or for a name of one and they just look at each other and refused to give her a name and she walked back and told me what happend so i asked to get a full refund . Which i am still waiting on in my account. As i was signing my receipt another guy was standing on the edges of the stove top as food was cooking on the grille cleaning the hood system and my first thought was what come up must come down all over that food. Rico pollo #7 has no respect or customer service and they need to be more carefully with there foul language in Spanish about everyone else We might not speak Spanish but we sure understand it very well No employee should ever disrespect for anyone one in any language.
