Went in for the first time. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous. I tipped when I paid. While waiting for my food, I was startled by a toilet flushing(I had been waiting a while and thought I was alone). I observed a female employee walk out of the restroom and into the kitchen. A few minutes later, she handed me my food. I ate and enjoyed my gyro. I went into the restroom to wash the grease off my hands. I became alarmed when I had to unlock the pump on the unused bottle of soap. I am very concerned that employee did not wash their hands before returning to work. With figures crossed, I pray the food poisoning gods are not angered. Food was great. Observable poor hand washing was a big let down.

I’ve been here a few times before and everytime I do it’s great! The bobas soft and sweet and the people are too! Always have such good customer service the girl who took my order was super nice and patient as she explained the menu to me. I will definitely come more often.

A cute little place, dairy options and the cashier was super nice. I took my three kids, they were very accommodating to their picky requests. I totally recommend for family’s and to hang out! This place has really gone down hill. My husband ordered online and showed up right around when the food was scheduled to be done. He was told that the staff "didn't see" the online order, but would start it right away and it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later a couple that ordered after he arrived received their food, as he continued to wait. When the food was finally ready, the girl ran it out, quickly dropped it on the counter, and ran right into the back before my husband could say anything. We've loved this place for years but won't be back. What a joke.

So, I’ve been coming here for years now. Even moved about half hour away and still continue to make the drive here for the bubble tea. We’ve had many different boba from other tea places but they really don’t compare to bubble tea here at plentea. I’ve had maybe about 6 different flavors here.I’ve really enjoyed them all.Staff is mostly young but I don’t mind waiting at times, I remember what it was like to work at a young age just trying to make some money.Sometimes they don’t acknowledge customers. To me and my family that come here we really never had an issue. The gyros are delicious also. Never had much food from here but I’ve tried the bubble tea and it’s delicious!

It used to be a better experience when it was just a Greek joint. The gyros are still good, but everything is way overpriced. Also they need to put tables and chairs back on the floor. Three stars is generous.
