do not waste your time or money. cheese sticks are better at Costco. fried pickles have no taste at all, one of my meals was brought after everyone else was done. they thought half off that one meal would be good enough

Arrived at 9:20 on a Wednesday night, they are open till 11pm, maybe 15 people in the whole place. Plenty of workers around. Our waitress was great, however, we ordered 1 pizza and an order of wings around maybe 9:40…. It took the kitchen an HOUR to get out 2 items!! It was mind blowing! Hardly anyone in the restaurant and they can’t get 2 simple things out in less than an hour??!?? Other friends joined and ordered as well, we ended up being there until almost midnight because they took forever!! Food is not good enough to wait an hour plus to get…. I think management needs to take a look at what they’re doing wrong. Or close it down if you don’t care. Won’t be back, would recommend you don’t waste your time here.

It was really good food however it was so packed n busy. our server only checked on us every 45 minutes and our drinks were empty n didn’t get refills for a long time. Not to mention I sat there when first arriving for atleast 20 minutes before he even asked me if I wanted a drink

Dec/6/24 6:10-7:00 took forever... it was a pm closing shift .
The chips are white and not golden. looks undercooked and taste like rice... the dip wasn't filled it was half filled not enough portion for the chips and is underwhelming when I paid 11.49 for nasty chips. AND so little dip . Vary disappointing ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING $50 TO GO OUT AND EAT AT A RESTAURANT YOU EXPECT THE FOOD TO BE GOOD FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR .

Food tastes good but my large pizza was basically half crust. At $33 bucks, that feels like a bit of a ripoff

The pretzel sticks are great tho

Why does this Old Chicago enforce such restrictive wifi policies on guests? I can't use my sports betting app (legal in Colorado), view the local brewery website, or play the Buzztime game THAT THEY HAVE IN STORE -- the wifi blocks all of these. I also can't get on my corporate VPN, so I can't use the store to work. When I get off the wifi, everything works. This is ridiculous and dumb; having to use my own cellular data to actually use my device is non-sensical.

If i could leave negative stars i would
Placed my order online. Said ready at 1:17, still standing in lobby at 1:34. Took over 12 .mins to even be acknowledge.
Then got a pizza that was not even close to what I ordered.

Ordered online..order was suppose to be ready at 5:12. When I arrived, I didn’t get greeted until around 5:34. The greeter asked if I’d been helped, I hadn’t..she proceeded to ask my name, at this time another girl walked out of the kitchen holding a bag and drink saying “I was just bringing it out” …she didn’t even know I was there, but was barley bringing it out 20 minutes after it said it would be ready?! But wait there’s more..I get home…my child’s apple juice is missing, the cheeseburger is so dry, she was unable to eat it. Also, the size of the Dr. Pepper they gave me was a child size! If you would like to get your order on time and correct, I suggest not going here

Pretty decent pizza. Service was kinda iffy but it seemed like they were busy. I went with a coworker but she wasn’t a fan.

Came in for date night with my husband, people sitting directly behind us kept touching my husband's jacket we asked them nicely to stop? Dude got up in my husband's face (mind you he was drunk and stuttering a sluring his words) and we were the ones asked to leave... waited an hour for our appetizer on top of all that... do.not recommend this location at all...
