I rarely ever write reviews but the past two time we’ve ordered take out pizza from this location it’s been awful. The first time the pizza was over cooked. The cheese was so burnt it was black. The second time (today) the pizza dough wasn’t cooked.. It was still raw. Both times it was disgusting. Disappointed because it’s only 4 minutes from my home but won’t be returning.

Went in one night, out of almost all drinks and several menu items. Was given a coupon for a free large pizza for the trouble. Went back before it expired and was charged 18 bucks for what was supposed to be a free pizza. Coupon said free large, no stipulations such as one topping only or specifics like that. Paid for it anyways cuz that was the dinner plan. Pizza was roughly thrown together and not quality. Will never go back to this location or any others ever again. Very disappointed all around.

Food was great, but when I paid it looked like the bartender took a picture of my credit card with her phone, I guess she didn't think I was paying attention maybe... dunno I didn't say anything because it just becomes extremely awkward. I mean I could be wrong but that's what it looked like.. very weird though.

Pizza was good. But we used a Old Chacigo gift card from a while back and they declined it . They said the card is no longer excepted. The thing is we have been using them over the last month or so and had no problem. We will not be buying Gift cards there any more.

We walked in for a late lunch, no hostess in sight, we sat ourselves and it’s took another 5 mins for someone to come to our table. They placed menus in front of us and we sat for another 15 mins before we finally just walked out. The staff were all huddled in the kitchen messing around, no one was behind the bar, no one was paying attention to anyone walking in. I do enjoy old Chicago but I won’t be returning to this location

Our waitress was too busy doing something in the back then to take care of us. We had to ask somebody else to go and find who was supposed to take care of us.

In general Old Chicago is always good with delicious pizza and calzones. But this location isn't to par. We ordered the normal Ale (not thin) crust for a pizza and a kids pizza. Our pizza was definitely thin, much thinner than other Old Chicago locations. The kids pizza was about 4 or 5 times thicker making it fluffier and tastier than our main pizza. And their Pepperoni cheese rolls we got had very little Pepperoni in them compared to the last time we had them at another location. I think management here needs to QC their product a bit better at this location. Till then we plan to just drive further to the other Old Chicago. I hope these guys will aim to improve.

Their calzones are excellent. Their spaghetti is good too, especially if you like meatballs. Our server was friendly and personable. I can't say there was anything that really stood out, or anything that really blew my mind, but I can't complain either. Good place to eat if you like Italian food.

Used to be our favorite place to grab a beer and some food and it has just gone down hill significantly. Not once or twice, but the past 3 times we have eaten here, the server tells us the kitchen and bar are closing early. Like at 9 pm… there is a happy hour menu that starts at 9. We were pressed to order food and drinks and then basically expected to wolf down the food and leave. I sure hope things change with leadership as many OC locations have closed recently. I’d hate to see this location be a casualty of a complacent team. The food as always was great, but the service and experience were definitely lacking.

We got the veggie pizza, added chicken on thin crust. The crust was delicious, but the pizza was dry. They threw crumbled very dried bits of chicken on top of the pizza. The veggies were good and fresh except for the artichoke leaves, again dry. I just think it needed more sauce or something. It also needed the Parmesan garlic mix to bump up the flavor.
