Constantly behind with orders. Often have to refuse phone orders due to low staffing/supplies. This location is awful on the service side. Somehow, their Broomfield site NEVER has this issue. Sad, too, because the actual wings are good, but you have to drive all the way to Broomfield to get them.

We had the Southwest Burger which was exceptional the burger was cooked exactly to the specifications. They took the extra Care in ensuring that the lettuce was on bottom bacon with crispy everything was excellent. The wife and I shared the burger and the wings, the wings were perfect. We also had the old fashions and the seasonal old fashioned which is the maple old fashioned which was excellent.

I ordered pickup tonight and was really disappointed. Our Caesar salad came without the dressing, and our large order of fries was actually a small. Unfortunately, I’ve had several poor experiences here and am starting to expect these issues every time.

BEAWARE NO FREE REFILL ON FOUNTAIN DRIKS. Food good but order a lunch meal wing combo comes with 10 wings fries n drink , got tea ask for a refill , get bill and has a fountain drink chage on it so I ask n they say they DONT DO FREE REFILLS and on the menu doesn't mention that or have drink stuff. So, I'm never coming back here again or order any outlaw wings
I see you comment back it's not long Island tea as i said fountain drinks n unsweetened tea is part of fountain drink, I ask another person went there n it happen to them on a pepsi got charged extra for a refill n waitress told them. You DONT DO FREE REFILLS , so either you're wrong or the staff have no clue , I even left my number for a manager to call me since no manager was there, but there is still no call......

Some of the best wings I've ever had. So glad they opened up this location. It gets busy and food can take a while but the servers have always communicated back ups In the kitchen. Drinks are good. They have a good espresso martini!

My family and I have been dining here since they first opened. The food is delicious and the servers have always been polite and on the ball. Sure, they had to work out a few minor kinks at the beginning but it’s never been a big deal. The hot wings are fabulous and OMG!, the Funnel Fries? Forgetaboutit!!…….Great, I just convinced myself to go now!……..on my way Parth!!

At first we were a little nervous to try this location when it first opened due to negative reviews. We tried this location Friday afternoon for a late lunch around 1:30pm and it was delicious! Granted it wasn't too busy, but the service was prompt and the wings did not take long at all. My wife and I ordered the wings extra crispy, and they were by far the best wings we've had. Knowing how much my wife loves wings, I'm sure we'll be back often. The original negative reviews do not reflect this restaurant at all. Great food and service.
Came in and ordered 20 wings to go and it took over 45 minutes. No one checked on me and the wait was not communicated when making the order. They are my favorite wings but this will be the last time I spend my money at Outlaw Wings.

I had been looking forward to trying this place out as every time I drive by it smells so good. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were seated for it being so busy. Unfortunately that was the only quick thing. Main issue, we were there for 1.75 hours before our wings arrived. Had I had an inkling it was going to take so long we would not have stayed. We did order some sides that came may 30 minutes after we arrived but still too slowly. Secondly everything was overly salty and third the wings were dry. I blame myself partly for that one as I did get boneless but I also (wrongly) assumed that sauce would make up for the breading. I had to pick off the breading as the whole thing was just too salty. Not only were the sides too salty but they were also over fried leaving the breading ultra crunchy and the insides mush. I think the carrots were the best part. My husband also complained about his beer being too watery. Finally the price was outrageous for the quantity and quality of the food. I guess on the plus side, our poor waitress was very apologetic and my daughter did like her burger. Those 2 things are the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. Absolutely disappointed.
