We’ve had good experience here before, but it hasn’t been a great experience lately. The last two times we got takeout the wings seemed like they were sitting out for a while. They very dry/crunchy and hardly had any sauce on them.
The Broomfield location has better quality and service.

I don't know what has happened, but this place has gone downhill in the last few months. There was something wrong with my last three takeout orders. Last night I went in and was told they were out of traditional wings, which wasn't a big deal to me, but whoever does the ordering needs to do better. When I got home with my order, the cheeseburger was missing the cheese, which made me question how difficult is it to place a slice of cheese on the burger. Waffle fries were soggy, as if they were just defrosted. Last week I received straight cut instead of waffle fries like I had ordered, and they were cold. The other takeout order was the tenders, which were a joke. Sizes were inconsistent, and one was so small, I wouldn't even call it a nugget. Not ever going back. I've dined in, and never had an issue. Take out is a joke.

Great sauces and sides, the servers are good and Noah is on another level. On weekend evenings expect a very long wait. I ordered for pickup knowing how busy they can get but come on, I waited 1.5 hours for my order! I won't do that again.

They bring a whole new definition to SLOW! Placed order at 5:30 and was told 6:15 pick up time. At 7:pm still no update on when it will be ready. Ask for an update and it like a deer in headlights look from every worker.

Noah was such a breath of fresh air. He's genuinely kind and caring and really made sure we had the perfect dining experience. On top of that, he was so personable. He is the standard of what every person in customer service be. Thank you for serving us Noah!
