Very bad customer service also fight and the security guard is very rude

If you can't speak Spanish in this facility, count yourself no good to this business. You will be ignored and you won't get serviced even though you came first before many others. Very unprofessional and let me tell you something... You can't speak English in America then maybe you guys shouldn't have a business here period.

If they notice you cannot speak Spanish they will ignore you and skip you and take everyone before you. Very discriminative.

We came in before many other people and they get serviced first and we get ignored. Quality customer service right there. Enjoy your one star review.

I don’t know what’s all the hate about i love this place and they’re super friendly

Walked in at 11 and the lady was just barely opening up when the time said 10 and we kindly asked if the place was opened bc the chairs were still up on the table. The lady said “well what is it that y’all want” and we said just a popsicle. We got a power puff popsicle and a mango popsicle and paid $10. Kinda ridiculous for a popsicle I could’ve got at the grocery store. That’s beside the point, the lady was extremely rude.

She was really stupid with my order and racist and im mexican i speak spanish but my lady doesnt and my lady tried talking to her when that lady knew english but ignored my girl and then she messed up my ladys food cuz she knew it was for her so i wouldnt recommend coming

Before they gave good service, today when I went they are in a bad mood and now things are not so well served, I didn't like the very bad service.

Terrible service, there are new girls and they don't make the food well, today I went to buy a chilindrina and it was watery, they don't drain the lettuce well

Today I bought some tostilocos and it seems that they took three from a bag because they gave me more lettuce than Tostitos, the way they prepared them was disgusting that I ended up throwing them away. It's very bad that it must be said that I always go for snow or water but this occasion I wanted something different. Bad because this place is one of my favorites but I will never buy anything other than snow again.

Terrible service one of the girls rolled her eyes after we mentioned she forgot one of our items in our order. Prices are good food is too but expect to wait a long time. One of the girls working also had very long nails which is not very hygienic since she was making the food just go to the michoacana on 92nd

Simply put, I ordered a banana split & the young employee was having a conversation with the another employee as she’s taking my order, she then goes to get the scoop of ice cream but runs off to said employee to help her type a text message. We waited for a good minute as she’s speaking & giggling with her friend. We were quite fed up & walked out but she didn’t even notice us leave. Insanely terrible service.
