Never got food when we were told to get food at 5:20 and had to wait for 40 minutes and when we finished asked about it we were told it was going to be 20 more minutes 🙄 really would have liked to try the food.

Wow I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering at this place I ordered a won ton soup for the first time last night and me and my 6 month pregnant wife have been up since 3 am throwing up and severe diarrhea I should have read the reviews I don't understand how this place is open for business when there is reviews of plastic and roaches found in their food They should be shut down I'm praying that this does not affect my unborn child Ive called the health department and I really hope they do an in depth investigation and close this place down I tried calling and the guy straight up hung up on me when I asked for the manager

The food was GREAT, but me and my dad were here to eat out but I ordered a P11 I got a rare steak instead, I was completely ok with it it was really good, no hairs, no cockroaches, amazing wontons they got my dads order wrong too, but he didn’t really mind either, ramune was good too!!

Easily the best pho in the area. We tend to try any pho we come across, especially the highly rated ones, and this one by far is our go to. Service is great, food is great, atmosphere is good, and the restaurant is always clean.

Very sad to write this review. Me and my family have been coming to this Pho place for at least 3 years. Recently they have upped their prices like everyone else. Which I understand, but what I don’t understand is having these high prices and not making sure the order is correct. When I called to inform them they said I could drive all the way back there and replace it. I informed I was already home and would just like a refund. The person on the phone went to get the manager to complete my request. I have called every day since wondering where my refund is and I keep getting the run around. I’m very disappointed in their lack of communication and honesty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on how they handled this situation.

Food is delicious by far our favorite- my partner and I love the lady who normally serves but today we got an older gentleman who couldn’t be bothered to look at us while we ordered. He was very rude and seemed like serving at the restaurant he works at.. as a server.. was our fault? The place wasn’t busy so not sure why the need for the attitude but overall great food.
It was understandably busy this evening (and for good reason.) The food here is exceptional. We ordered two medium pho bowls, one with brisket and the other with grilled chicken, and both were outstanding. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, the grilled chicken perfectly marinated, and while the brisket was slightly on the firm side, it was still wonderfully savory. Our servers were kind and attentive, and our meals arrived promptly despite the crowd. We left genuinely impressed. This is the most flavorful pho we’ve ever had.

Placed an order 20 mins before pick up. Got on time for pick only to wait 45 more mins for my order. At least 9 other online pick up orders were ready before mine. Go to Pho Cafe 31 better service and dont have to wait so damn long for two dishes.

I drove across town to try Pho 303 based on recommendations. My family and I ordered goi cuon and pho (ga, tai, and bo vien). The peanut sauce was unique and delicious, as I had heard. It was different than most places, but not drastically. The pho was fantastic and full of flavor, despite us arriving at 10:30a, which is when they opened. Service was meh; lots of water refill offers, but not much personality. When I went to pay, there was a sign on the counter saying cash and Venmo were preferred, with a Venmo QR code. I asked for a total in order to Venmo, and this question baffled my server. He entered the order into the system and directed me to the credit card machine. I again asked how I do this with Venmo, and I asked if I misunderstood whether the Venmo is for the food or only for the gratuity? I then used the QR code and entered the total that was listed on the cc machine, and they said to go ahead and send that amount. If it helps them skirt the tax man, whatever. Just don't make it so difficult for me. Especially since breakfast for three of us and my 4 year old was $70.
Anyway, the pho was absolutely delicious and the dining area was very clean. I'll be back soon.
Second visit 11/19/25: 7pm, two bowls of pho, both amazing. Such good broth flavor. I wish Pho 303 was closer to home for me. A little pricey ($35) for a small and a large. But better than paying five bucks less for pho that is over- or under-flavored.
