I placed a delivery order at 4:25pm today for my family since I was on the road and my family was waiting 2 hours for the pizza it was 6:30pm and I called to ask for a refund or to remake the pizza I ordered with no extra charge they said yes and now it's 7:57pm another hour and half or more and still nothing called and asked for a complete refund on my order! This is ridiculous my family shouldn't have to be waiting 3+ hours on *ucking pizza ; would you want your own family to wait that long!?? NEVER ordering Pizza Hut again !!!

I make order They charge me don’t delivery and I call and they say it’s close and they don’t going to do nothing First they say they don’t goth any order I call again with the order number and they say call another day the manager was supposed to fix problems This one just make the place more ugly to inclusive just order pizza

Was going to order pizza when I went in I saw that they don’t wear gloves when making the pizzas employee was touching money and then saw another employee walk by wipe their nose. Walked right back out after that. Super gross.

Got served RAW chicken. Asked to have another order sent out and I would send back the old one so they can see it was raw. Lady on the phone sounded like she hated her job. 20 min pass and next driver is back with replacement wings. I open the door and greet him, NASTIEST attitude I have ever seen from a delivery driver. Didn’t say hello, smile or make eye contact and looked at me with such hate. Said two words to me. One was “no” with a disgusted look when I asked if he wanted the wings to take back to show to his manager. I said thank you and all I got was a “ya” and the guy strutted off like he was a child who got told no to candy. Doesn’t seem like they care about what they send out. Regardless if it was an accident the customer service definitely didn’t make up for it. Not the first time we’ve have a bad experience. Don’t recommend.

I’ve been coming to this location for the last few months and it’s been really good every time. The employees have always been very nice, and show me my pizza before I pay. I have yet to get a bad pizza from here. Thanks!

No barbecue sauce on my pizza. It was a personal pan. I think they put maybe a half a spoonful on the whole pizza making the pizza so dry.

So we ordered the new taphouse pizza, didn't live up to the hype at all. We ordered light sauce we got NO sauce, also said it would be cut in squares umm NO just a regular pizza and for a large it was pretty small. We won't be ordering Pizza Hut anymore. What a shame they've gone way downhill.
