Order delivery of stuffed crust and wings. Mostly the food is excellent, but this time the pizza was extra thin/soggy and the wings were like they poured the grease in the bowl then threw some sauce on top. It was really bad. The order before this one, we didn't get ourozz cheese sticks and when I called, they said we'd get a credit on our next order. That didn't work out, either. Something isn't working at this location.

I placed an order for delivery yesterday and I didn’t receive part of my order. I contacted support minutes later, they did not want to refund me part of my money. They instead tried offering me a coupon that cannot be applied on top of their deals section. They said they were going to send this to management, but I haven’t received an email.

After my order was jacked up pork on both pizzas I was told I would have a credit so I called today to use my credit and was told it was handled which is a bunch of bull because once they put pork on both pizzas I decided not to go anymore,but the fact that my son enjoys pizza hut I tried to go again only to be told my credit was handled SMH Josh was helpful but his manager was the one who said she handled it and it wasn't even her that took my order it was a short black dude who apologized for the mix up and assured me there would be a credit because I wasn't waiting on a remake..this store has very unprofessional mangers and workers ... Promote Josh he seems to care

I placed a delivery order at 4:25pm today for my family since I was on the road and my family was waiting 2 hours for the pizza it was 6:30pm and I called to ask for a refund or to remake the pizza I ordered with no extra charge they said yes and now it's 7:57pm another hour and half or more and still nothing called and asked for a complete refund on my order! This is ridiculous my family shouldn't have to be waiting 3+ hours on *ucking pizza ; would you want your own family to wait that long!?? NEVER ordering Pizza Hut again !!!

Was going to order pizza when I went in I saw that they don’t wear gloves when making the pizzas employee was touching money and then saw another employee walk by wipe their nose. Walked right back out after that. Super gross.

Got served RAW chicken. Asked to have another order sent out and I would send back the old one so they can see it was raw. Lady on the phone sounded like she hated her job. 20 min pass and next driver is back with replacement wings. I open the door and greet him, NASTIEST attitude I have ever seen from a delivery driver. Didn’t say hello, smile or make eye contact and looked at me with such hate. Said two words to me. One was “no” with a disgusted look when I asked if he wanted the wings to take back to show to his manager. I said thank you and all I got was a “ya” and the guy strutted off like he was a child who got told no to candy. Doesn’t seem like they care about what they send out. Regardless if it was an accident the customer service definitely didn’t make up for it. Not the first time we’ve have a bad experience. Don’t recommend.
