I placed a order paid for it online had my husband pick it up I saw from the car my husband was paying I called him and told him I had already paid then the man cashing him out said oh no it’s for the tip excuse me tell the person it’s for a tip don’t just charge them so not ok.

Ive ordered the basil pesto drizzle every time Ive ordered pizza. It costs extra and they have never put it on the pizza! Take it off the menu if its not available! They also forgot the drinks on last couple orders. Super disappointing! I would strongly recommend not ordering the basil pesto drizzle or drinks. It seems that they dont have these items or are incompetent!

Made an online order was there within the timeframe that they said it would be ready had to stand at the counter for 20 minutes before someone walked around the corner to finally help me by throwing my order on the counter with an attitude. I had to call the store seven times and nobody answered not once trying to get someone to come to the counter and still nobody came to help the customer. Finally, after standing there for 20 minutes and many of the back employees seeing me waiting in the lobby, I had to yell at the top of my lungs, hello and someone finally showed up with an attitude

Excellent costumer service!⭐️ I ordered through the app. For some reason the time of the delivery changed from 6pm to 2:30. I called to see what they can do and JOSH was so helpful telling me what was the best option and making sure my order was in place with the correct items and new time. Birthday party saver!!!🌟

It's a takeout location and there are always issues. You're better off calling a different pizza company or a different Pizza Hut location unfortunately. Don't waste your time. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. Pretty rough.

Visited this Pizza Hut tonight and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly and the service was fast. Our food came out hot and fresh, everything tasted amazing. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. Definitely one of the best Pizza Hut locations!

Order delivery of stuffed crust and wings. Mostly the food is excellent, but this time the pizza was extra thin/soggy and the wings were like they poured the grease in the bowl then threw some sauce on top. It was really bad. The order before this one, we didn't get ourozz cheese sticks and when I called, they said we'd get a credit on our next order. That didn't work out, either. Something isn't working at this location.
