I use to go to the pizza hut at 136rh and Colorado. Well there store and service sucks..So we tried this newer location at 120th and holly. So much better of a store..its clean and they actually take cars of people. The food was great! Much appreciated...
We have been ordering from Pizza Hut for a very long time. We received our “5 topping” pizza this time and it barely had any toppings on it. Most of the pieces had no toppings at all. When I asked the manager, Madison, about it, she said the cooks have been putting too many toppings on pizzas and this is the new policy- that “if you get more toppings then you get less of each”. I told her that made no sense because I’m paying for each topping, and there was basically no toppings at all on the pizza. Madison has horrible customer service to begin with, and then did not respond to my concerns and instead just ignored me. Unfortunately, we’ll start getting our pizza from somewhere else. This was so disappointing from a place we have previously loved.

Order showed up barely warm. Missing items. Was told 30 minutes to bring rest of order. 40 minutes and counting....still waiting. And I only live 1.2 miles away. Will be my last call to pizza hut...ever

We always enjoy some pizza hut. The cheese filled crust is our favorite but it seems like they have stopped making it as full and ooey gooey. We will return!
