Absolutely loved the food wish I would have thought to take a picture before I indulged. I am very picky when it comes to pad Thai and this for sure was one of my favorites. Very authentic Thai food.

This place is a dump. Lettuce was brown and almost rotten, Bean sprouts where gross and also brown. We ordered vegan dish and it came with a nasty piece of beef. The service was terrible. The owner tried to pressure us into ordering drinks and she must have been pissed when we just wanted water because she ignored us after that. I had to get up and go tell them we want to order. We should have just left at that point. I doubt they will be around much longer. The menu itself was dirty and greasy. Really? I wouldn't line my bird's cage with it. Don't bother trying this place. It is a dump.

Would have given 5 stars but when they charged me $8.00 for steamed rice I always thought that was a no extra charge.

By far the best Thai food I’ve had the pleasure of having in over a decade, and believe me, I’ve tried many places over the years. The servers were wonderful, friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door and the service was quick. I can’t recommend this place enough! The masaman curry, pad thai and taro boba were top notch!

We went there on Valentine’s Day night. It wasn’t crowded but the service was bad. My drink came after 35 minutes because she forgot. Followed by appetizers 10 minutes later but the fried tofu was cold and she messed up my husband’s cheese wontons order. And our entrees finally came after 59 minutes.

Ponsawan Thai Cuisine stands out as a hidden gem, offering an authentic taste of Thailand in every bite. Recently, I had the pleasure of indulging in their renowned Pad Thai dish, and suffice it to say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm ambiance and welcoming staff set the stage for what turned out to be a delightful dining journey. The menu, boasting an array of traditional Thai dishes, left me spoiled for choice, but I ultimately settled for their classic Pad Thai, a testament to the restaurant's culinary prowess. The Pad Thai arrived promptly, beautifully presented and exuding enticing aromas that teased my taste buds. Each bite was a symphony of flavors - the delicate balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy was nothing short of perfection. The noodles were cooked to al dente perfection, complemented by tender shrimp and an abundance of fresh vegetables. The garnish of crushed peanuts and a wedge of lime added an extra dimension, enhancing the dish's complexity. Moreover, what truly sets Ponsawan Thai Cuisine apart is its commitment to authenticity. The Pad Thai transported me back to the bustling streets of Bangkok, evoking fond memories of street vendors preparing this iconic dish with skill and finesse. It's evident that the chefs at Ponsawan take pride in preserving the integrity of Thai cuisine, using traditional recipes and premium ingredients to ensure an unparalleled dining experience. The attentive service further elevated my dining experience. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to accommodate any dietary preferences or allergies, ensuring that every guest's needs were met with a smile. In conclusion, my visit to Ponsawan Thai Cuisine was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a Thai food aficionado or a newcomer eager to explore the rich tapestry of Thai flavors, Ponsawan Thai Cuisine is a must-visit destination. With its warm hospitality, authentic flavors, and impeccable service, this establishment has undoubtedly earned its rightful place among the top Thai restaurants in town. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to savor more of their delectable offerings.

Had lunch here today and while the food is really good, at least what I had was good they were very pushy about getting an appetizer and desert after. They also not only charged for the soda water I ordered which although many other places treat soda water as just water I don't mind paying for my soda water but they charged me for the refill as well. They also charge separately for the rice. Not sure if I'll be going back as my lunch cost $23 before tax.
