-Forgot drink
-Ordered at 11:40pm which is 15 minutes before closing (just tell us no), ended up waiting almost 40 minutes to give us our food probably bc they locked up and closed and wanted to give us our food simultaneously.

Forgot my side of mashed potatoes but didn’t forget the extra gravy. I understand they’re human like everyone else but when I called the girl I spoke to was clueless of what to do and i ended up hanging up. Train your employees better. This is why your rating is 3 stars.

They give me a expired coleslaw.
I took 2 small bites to be sure and it wasn't it. I look under the coleslaw and you guess it. It is 3 months expired!

I’m pretty sure the actual point of opening this Popeyes location was to disgust people from ever wanting to get food or drink from any Popeyes ever again. My kids normally love Popeyes as a treat and it is unfortunate that due to location we stupidly try this one every six months or so. It is the exact same every time. You will wait for a LONG time to get dry, barely warm chicken and soggy fries. You can immediately taste how old the fryer grease is (I can smell it before even tasting it, it’s that bad.) The drinks are watery and weird (the Dr Pepper tastes as if it’s laced with cough syrup, and it’s always been this way but we forget, so I’m guessing it’s a knock off.) If you are there to pick up an order, keep bugging them or they will hide in the kitchen and throw a party while you stand there for 20 minutes waiting after you told them you were there for a pick up order. I was the ONLY PERSON in the entire store once the other folks eating had left. And then they gave us a few gnarly chicken strips instead of the 3 piece chicken that was clearly on the receipt. With fast food I used to be able to say you get what you pay for, but after spending over $25 on food for 2.5 people and we had to throw half of it straight into the trash, we are officially done with Popeyes.
Please just close this store and let something edible move in, it’s a waste of a decent location and clearly the folks working there don’t care if they have a job.

Good food, friendly employees. When I went there, they did not have any spicy chicken, even though it was lunchtime.

First time eating here. It was really good for a fairly decent price when getting a family meal.

We did a large sandwich order, and the employees did a great job getting everything prepared for us! Thank you!The sandwiches were delicious 😋
The food was thrown into a bag and the fries look like they belong in the trash… needless to say that will forever be the last time I order poopeyes.
