I’ve ordered from here multiple times and have always been happy. However today’s sandwich I got via delivery was, pathetic. I ordered a big chicken salad, thin cut with hot peppers. There’s not even enough chicken salad to cover the bread, the side with the cheese was cut out of the bread, and the peppers are just slapped in a corner. Really disappointing.

How TF do you forget to include 25% of the ingredients on a sandwich? Don't go through the drive-thru, or at least check your sandwich before leaving. But at least I got a few hairs added on my sandwich 🤢

Honestly… probably won’t order from here or go back here to this location again. This is the third time I was missing something from my order. Twice from the drive thru and once from DoorDash (and yes the bag was sealed). I’m honestly disappointed that it keeps happening.

Not the best Potbelly store, but still pretty good. They tend to section out ingredients in uneven vertical chunks so one bite is a chunk of onions, another tomato, another only pickle. The staff is friendly but they often look worried and overwhelmed, kinda seems like it's mostly run by teenagers. If they trained up a little bit more, this could be great

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. She got a salad and sandwich. I got a sandwich and milk shake. Underwhelming seems to be the best word to describe our visit. Staff seemed busy doing other things and didn't care that we were there al or ate in the restaurant. Milk shake was liquid before I even got it and disappointing to drink.
