the workers on the black Friday were absolutely clueless. We walked in at 4:45 and didn’t leave until 5:20, and there was only one couple in front of us in line. It was unbelievable how slow they were moving, absolutely no sense of urgency and didn’t feel bad that they were making people wait 30+ minutes for 2 smoothie bowls. Id understand if there was a line out the door or something, but there just wasn’t. Definitely a bad look for this location!!

My wife and I have been here twice recently and the product is great. Today we visited at about 12:45pm and the service was awful. There were two ladies working, a blonde who was super nice and a brunette that obviously didn't want to be there. She had NO personality, rude and even though I tipped, not even a "thank you". Then to top it off, we went to my truck to eat our bowls and low and behold, I had a hair in mine. Now, because I spent more than $20 for two bowls and against my wife's liking, I removed the longer dark hair and ate the product. What could I do? Anyway, product is great, service today, not so much. Also, both times we've been in, the music is almost more that I can handle. Very loud and makes it hard to communicate.
They are extremely overpriced and in my opinion ofcourse, not worth the money. That being said though, they have a lot of options and a user freindly menu and extremely willing to personalize your order.Vegetarian options: Any item can be made vegan or vegetarian.

LOVE this place, delicious smoothie bowls, I’ve been obsessed with coming! Girls are always so nice and I love all the options!
While waiting in line to place an order, we were disappointed and had to leave when we observed the hygiene practices of the person preparing the açaí bowl. Initially, she put on one glove, which raised our expectations, but to our dismay, she proceeded to handle and cut the fruit with her bare hands. It's perplexing why she bothered with gloves in the first place. Basic common sense, especially in the food industry, dictates that if you're going to handle food directly, your hands should be thoroughly cleaned, and you shouldn't touch fruit immediately after handling customer payments. Hopefully, the management can provide better hygiene training for their staff.
