“Our manager was Kevin. Cook was alfredo. Only 2 in the restaurant working, that we saw. Service was phenomenal and very fast, despite our custom order.. Alfredo was very friendly, and fast and Kevin explained how our custom order was all arranged to our desires in the to go package. Kuddos to both of them. Would give 20 stars if possible. As a member of the West Ridge Elementary PTA, I’m always looking for ways to celebrate our hardworking teachers and staff. With National Pizza Day approaching, I hoped to partner with a local pizzeria to treat them—but with a limited budget, I wasn’t sure what was possible. From the moment I reached out, the Sliceworks team went above and beyond. They immediately connected me with their manager, Mike, who responded quickly, asked what we needed, and said he’d see what he could do. Within days, he reached back out—not with hesitation or conditions, but with generosity. He was all in. Despite being overwhelmed that day, handling orders from other schools, and even dealing with a no-call no-show, Mike and his team delivered exactly what he promised—exceptional service and even better food. Our staff was absolutely blown away, not just by the quality of the pizza but by the kindness and dedication behind it. Sliceworks isn’t just a pizza place; it’s a business that cares. You can feel it in the way they serve their customers and taste it in every bite. “First.....the service was spectacular! Marcell was our server and has to be one of the best we've had in such a long time. He remembered every detail (without even writing down for 7 people), was always on top of anticipating anything we needed and our drinks were never empty. He was also very patient with a table full of kids and seniors. Food was great, everyone left with full, happy bellies. Love the new updated look, it's much more "home" feeling.

Kid-friendliness: Easy kid's menus and they have fun activities on them to keep the whole family engaged while waiting on food. But food is prepared quickly, which helps with hungry kiddos!“

“Not the best Potbelly store, but still pretty good. They tend to section out ingredients in uneven vertical chunks so one bite is a chunk of onions, another tomato, another only pickle. The staff is friendly but they often look worried and overwhelmed, kinda seems like it's mostly run by teenagers. If they trained up a little bit more, this could be great“
