As a member of the West Ridge Elementary PTA, I’m always looking for ways to celebrate our hardworking teachers and staff. I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. Much appreciated Vida.

“Best sub sandwiches out there. Delicious ingredients and inventive choices. We’ve been eating Snarfs for years and I love that there is now a location so close to us. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad and provolone and my husband loves the eggplant Parmesan! But truly, you can’t go wrong. Not only are their sandwiches delicious, but they always get our order right. That’s been a struggle elsewhere.“
