I saw a previous message fron another Sams Club member, and I wanted to just say that I too switched to AT&T thru SamsClub. The AT&T Sales person said we were going to get like a $200 refund thru a sams club gift card or something like that. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T but never received anything. And, the phone service was very bad. I had to stay with them to finish paying off the 3 iphone 11's that I bought at the time, and they didnt give me the trade-in discount they were promting becuase I didnt return my old phones within the 30 day window (which they didnt explain).. Overall I feel that SamsClub should take some responsibility for the lack of service from AT&T if they are going to let this Company use their store to promote and sell and do busines thru them ..

This location is generally fairly busy. That being said, it's also go-to failsafe option for everyday wholesale goods.

Want to jump on here and give a huge thank you to Amaya Smith! She's a front line associate that not only helped me with my new membership but later after shopping helped with me with all my offers received with my new membership. Stood in line a good while to self check out and that associate, although friendly, not completely knowledgeable or helpful with the free offers when I got to the register. I was basically just redirected to yet another line to wait in with a live person. As I'm waiting Amaya comes to help the associate working the new line I'm waiting in, I grab her to tell her she might want to wait Because I'll need help too and explained wht happened in self check out. She took me aside to a closed register to help me as I'm juggling the fact my debit card is MIA (daughter covered me and I found it in the car thank God), I had calls back to back coming in as Amaya is trying to get the promo codes off my phone and she didn't skip a beat with my chaos!! She's super knowledgeable, patient, kind and attentive to the customers! Thank you Amaya!!!

Love this place. Be careful they have everything you need and stuff you don't but buy anyways.

For a Sam's it's a good location. If you are a member it's pretty good. Great prices and it's pretty clean and well stocked. Staff is great but usually not as knowledgeable as Costco staff. However they are super friendly for the most part and as helpful as they can be. Product mix isn't as premium as Costco but that's not a bad thing. Unlike Costco it's consistent. Also price on produce, bakery, and meat is much much better. You don't always need organic, locally sourced, gmo free hummus x.x To be fair I am a member of both Clubs and do love the both. However especially for produce, some baker and some meat I do Sam's over Costco.

Using acan and go app and shopping at Sam's club is super easy, fast and convenient. I actually like it better than the curbside pickup.

Always friendly people to help you. Great deals. Cheaper than other mega stores. Easy access in aisles. They are always changing products around one week to the next so you don't know where things are. Keeps one on our toes. Ha.

5:45 PM and the fast food counter has 2 slices of pizza ready and say they aren't cooking any more for the day. The membership counter says the food counter is open until 7 PM...so one hour and 15 minutes to go...line at the counter...and they won't make more pizza. I won't be going back for that impulse buy.

Love this place! They always have a great selection of products both food and everything else. I highly recommend getting some of the flower bouquets they have, my wife loves them and they last anywhere from 2 weeks to a month depending on the type of flowers ??!! Thank you Sam's

Excellent customer service in the electronics department where we were shopping. However the store had not nearly enough checkers to handle the number of people who were trying to check out. I was unable to use the self-service app because of what I was purchasing I had to stand in line for around 20 minutes. Other people simply either didn't seem to know about the app or preferred to check out with a live human. Either way they need to add enough staff to cover the demand.

I love Sam's club. They have the products we want and better prices than Costco. They're very friendly and their app is great. This Sam's is very busy, but I have never really waited long for anything when I need help. If you buy in bulk, need office or cleaning supplies, have a lot of pets or even if you're a big party, then I highly recommend Sam's Club. Great Store!

There are lots of clubs in the world: dance clubs, night clubs, golf clubs, etc., but there is only one Sam's Club (well, hundreds in a literal sense). The other clubs of the world pride themselves on exclusivity and trendiness. But what makes Sam's the greatest of them all is that it prides itself on the exact opposite: inclusiveness (like, literally anybody can join this club) and a complete and utter disregard for bowing to the throne of ephemeral vanity. Here, folks from all walks of life semi-peacefully mingle in a giant box filled with curios from the world over. The smell of rotisserie chicken dances with that of weed killer. And that aroma, my friends, is a metaphor for what the true mantra of this club is: togetherness.

Sams - If you cashier needs a break, come up with a better way to close the line. This poor girl behind me - they closed the line on me, pointed to another register 3 rows over, by the time I got there two people got ahead of me. The gal behind me went to another line and as I was checking out they closed it right in front of her again! The cashier who started this, her name was KELSEA - red, long hair. I get that it’s busy and your manager did not staff it right but you should have the cashier who is closing, come and move them to the person that is coming on shift. Your policy is ridiculous to just put up your closed sign and put up a rope. Thanks for giving us all the proverbial finger!!

Went to this Sam's Club in February and was approached by a guy selling cell phone service from AT& T, we were told how great their service is and made us a great over on 2 phones so we signed up but we had to send our old phones in to get credit so we get our new phones for free. We sent them in and I received an email stating my phone was crushed on one corner, well I know that wasn't true and wished I would've taken pictures before I packed them individually in a heavy duty box with bubble wrap. I guessing when the received it and opened the box they dropped it and was trying to put the blame on me. We are still having issues with AT&T and we will let Sam's Club know we are not happy with the way we were lied to and scammed. Please be aware next time you see someone trying to sell you something at Sam's or any other store or business. Michael & Michele

I love how much more convenient and peaceful it is to shop here than Costco. Sam's has items that Costco doesn't carry and vice versa. I do like having the option of self checkout especially when lines get long (well not like Costco). This is definitely my go-to store for regular grocery shopping (meats, toiletries, some produce, baking stuff). Members Mark TP is better than Kirkland.
