“UPDATE: My review/complaint was escalated and I got a call from one of the managers at the restaurant who was very gracious and professional. She apologized for my experience and wants to make it right. She said (something to the effect) that they had just installed a new fryer and that some of the employees were still getting used to it. Having worked in fast food myself (long ago), I know how complicated some of the equipment can be. I shall return! :)

We ordered two 3-piece chicken tender meals (just the entree), and were surprised by the difference between the two. For one meal, the tenders were decently-sized, evenly cooked, and tasty. The other meal's tenders were shriveled, small, burnt and awful. We ordered both of these meals at the same time (same order), and were so surprised that on one meal the staff worked hard to give us a good meal and the other 3-piece, they just gave us the bottom of the barrel (or bottom of the fryer). Why they didn't throw out the second order rather than just giving it to us and pretending that it's the same meal as the first is beyond me. Just fry new tenders if all you have left is burnt food. It's not rocket science. All of that to say, no guarantee on quality at this restaurant. It's a crap shoot.
