I got 2 smashburgers and both of them were still raw in several spots. Before even taking a bite, they weren’t firm enough and the exterior coloring was too light. I had to microwave them just to get them cooked enough to consume. They either didn’t have the grill hot enough or didn’t look at them before setting on the bun.

Tried to get breakfast here at 9:50 this morning and no employees wanted to answer at the drive thru or stalls. Drove around and could definitely see someone in the very back. There were employee cars parked around as well. Looking at other reviews, I guess they’re okay losing money from customers in the morning. Try a different location if you’re looking to get breakfast. Poor management for sure.

I just wanted a junior double cheeseburger which comes with ketchup and pickles. My burger came with no ketchup, no pickles No mustard and the bun was so soaked in grease it was wet. So I took it back for a refund and it's not that they made a mistake. It's how they handled it. Not one word was said to me. Not one as I briefly stated the reason for my refund request, it felt almost hostile towards the customer as opposed to just even a hey. Sorry for the trouble. Monique10070 had zero interest in customer service. She continued her work on the ordering computer for at least 5 minutes which was a very long time for me to stand at her elbow and wait in silence. I'm not sure why she couldn't stop her work, was it a high priority inventory? A hostile takeover not to be interrupted? Then without a word she dropped my greasy hamburger bag in the trash and issued me a refund. For that. I am grateful but I will not be back.

Stopped by to fill the belly.
That's what I got until I started on the fries. Yuck, I had to wash my hands they were stinking. The wife had an upset stomach the rest of the day. Probably dirty oil or something like that.

It’s been twice that we arrive around 9am to order breakfast and the employees hide, or nobody’s is working? The worst Sonic restaurant, look at all the bad reviews. Just unbelievable and unacceptable!

One star.. we ordered two large cranberry slushies.
Got home.. discovered they were Strawberry.
Literally, one order of just the cranberry slushies and they got it wrong.
There was no one in front of us, no one behind us. They weren't busy at all so it can't be blamed on that. Very disappointed

I went to the drive through, no one answered. I went to the window, no one in sight. I went to the speaker and pressed the button 5 times. Someone kept hanging up on it for a lack of a better term. Finally on the 6th time someone came on and rudely told me she can’t help me because of her system messing up. This is all at 8:30AM. She couldn’t come out and try to help me or come out and tell me face to face instead and provide better customer service? I’ll never return here.

The place is clean and all but I placed an online order for three drinks. Two of which were literally just fountain drinks with cherries added. The app told me 9:16 and I got there at 9:10 and checked in. I didnt get my drinks until 9:30. I have no idea what took them so long for 3 simple drinks and they didnt say anything about the time discrepancy when they finally did come out. And after I finally get my drinks home I realize they didnt even put the cherries in the drinks....

We walked up to order and my elderly friend change her mind after deciding on a shake and the Sonic cashier disconnected and said push the button again when you're ready. I said we are ready. And she disconnected anyway. I pushed the button again and she said to hold. We waited for a while then left and went ands went somewhere else. I hope the owner manager gets this post. I don't know the women's name, she was in early 20s with dark curly long hair up in a bun. I feel bad that she was having a bad day... It wasn't very nice. We will not go back if this is the customer service standard. I'm sorry.
