We walked up to order and my elderly friend change her mind after deciding on a shake and the Sonic cashier disconnected and said push the button again when you're ready. I said we are ready. And she disconnected anyway. I pushed the button again and she said to hold. We waited for a while then left and went ands went somewhere else. I hope the owner manager gets this post. I don't know the women's name, she was in early 20s with dark curly long hair up in a bun. I feel bad that she was having a bad day... It wasn't very nice. We will not go back if this is the customer service standard. I'm sorry.

I stopped here and it was the worse mistake ever. My husband and myself both got food poisoning. We ordered waited 20min before our food came (it was warm). I will never come back here, save your time and go to the sonic on 120th and Washington

Kids wanted Sonic for dinner although I warned them about the poor quality and service. Still decided to give it another chance. BI didn’t think it could get any worse that just the abnormally long wait times for “fast” food. Nope. I was wrong. Not only did I have to wait for 17 minutes for a cheeseburger while being the only car in line, but I noticed a worker was snacking on some French fries. I assumed he was just on a dinner break with the other 4 workers that weren’t actually doing anything. Then I noticed him place the 1/2 eaten fries in a bag and subsequently hand them to the girl that was working the window, who then handed that bag to me!!! Are you kidding me Sonic??? I hope you go bankrupt. The gall to actually eat someone’s food and then serve it is beyond unsanitary. It’s dangerous and despicable behavior by anyone! STAY AWAY FROM SONIC unless you want filthy worker hands all over your food.

Refused service at the parking places, The gal at the window then had the nerve to tap her nails at me, i get it, working fast food sucks but geez, be polite. They don't even mix the slushies, it's flavor on top of icy mix. 🤢 it wasn't even that busy.

Wow if could give a negative star I would. By the time I got home from ordering, mind you I live close the French fried were so hard they were unedible. And burger were so smashed. And then tried to tell me iam done before giving me my change. Not going to this place ever again.

Not quite sure why, but almost every time I'm never greeted in the drive thru, and have to drive up to the window. I don't understand because there is typically at least 4 employees inside talking to each other 🤷♀️

I just don't understand. First couple of times we came, April 2025, things were quick and great. Tried 3 times in the last couple of months and it was the same every time: wrong food, cold food, missing food, and it usually took 10-15mins to get an order for one entree.
Stopped by this morning for one last opportunity: never greeted at the drive through. Eventually left.
ZERO cars in the lot/drive through. Are they closing this location?

Everytime there’s a long wait, and when I push the button to order, they never take my order and it takes too long I have to repeat the push button process over and over. I didn’t mind waiting the first 10 minutes until I saw cars beside me getting their orders left and right.

This place is horrible last week I went for dinner for my wife and myself and it took 20 mins to get our food through the drive thru line.
Tonight I tried again nope this time we had to wait for over 40 mins for our food. It was two hamburgers and drinks. You could actually see the food sitting on the counter the whole time. When I got home the food was like ice. Never will I ever return to this location. The worst sonic I have ever been to.
