What's the point of spending all the money on the drive in boxes if you're going to be drive thru only. Kind of makes the Sonic Drive In name a complete lie.

The food tasted precooked and rewarmed. I live close and it was cold by the time I arrived home. I was there right at dinner time and it wasn't busy at all. Your food was better when you first opened.

They had the $1.99 chicken wraps advertised but when we got to the window the worker gave us some completely different item for $6.99 that didn’t even seem to be on the menu. Went back and the manager got us the right item and comped our whole purchase!It’s also really clean and new

So I just tried to get food from here I was the only one in the parking lot and I used the red button and they told me they can't take my order and they could only take it through drive thru because they don't have staff I could understand that if I was not the only one in the parking lot but I was the only one there sounds to me like they just do want to do there job and if it's only drive thru they why even have a pull up

Today's service was crappie as hell. Since our order had been sitting for a bit before we got to the window, it was cold, ice melted in the drinks. I hate watered down soda. Customer service at this facility isn't good at all.

Not sure where they get the confidence to set their items at 3x the price on door dash, seeing as my Chili Cheese Coney was missing the onions I requested, and the mozzarella sticks were very obviously reheated from a few days ago and stale, but I beg of you not to waste a dime on this dump, you'd get a better meal from a gas station bathroom.

Bad service. Bad food quality. Raw chicken is just not acceptable. Got served twice and both times it was raw.
I got sonic for family. Worst experience. The lad on the mic literally ignored me and was giving a bad service. This place sucks. That’s not the only thing, we were SERVED RAW CHICKEN. This is a health issue. I just can’t with sonic. I furious with this experience. I went back to tell them of the raw chicken, they made my order anew and still got raw chicken.
