The service here is good. Everyone is always friendly, but nothing like paying Starbucks prices for rotten blueberries and no sugar on dry oatmeal. I’m sure I could’ve taken it back, but I went through the drive-through and had to get to work. This has happened to me before at this location so I should’ve checked before I drove off.

This location is always out of something from sweet cream cold foam to lemonade base. I’m not sure who the manager is or who orders their stuff but they need to do a better job especially with a Dutch Bros right down the street.

A run of the mill Starbucks. Staff was friendly. My coffee was hot and just how I ordered it. No complaints or issues at all. My only "ding" would be(and it wasn't an issue for me) is that there doesn't seem to be many seats. If it is busy at all, you might be out of luck. It is pretty small inside.

Shout-out to Diana at this Starbucks. She’s gone above and beyond, even helping me out with ice for an old snowboarding injury and topping off my coffee on a particularly stressful day. Her customer service and work ethic are top-notch, and it's always a great experience when she's there.

If corporate reads this, she definitely deserves praise and a raise

As for the location itself, it’s on the smaller side but perfect for getting work done. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which makes it an ideal spot to focus and be productive. Thanks to Diana (*Liv as well*) and the team for keeping things running smoothly!

I went on drive though today and ordered couple drinks and I told the lady who took my order exactly what I want , she was also put on the ticket that I had cream 1/2” , when I got my drink I asked for more cream and then that lady ( I think she’s the manager or something) she was screaming from inside about “ we have to charge more for this because this drink call something ….” I told her you can charge for it I don’t mind because that’s what I want when I ordered but she’s keeping screaming about charge more and charge more … she’s acting like I was lying to her or I asked for more for free ! When we spent money for the drinks from Starbucks ( not the cheap drinks ) you think we don’t want to spend 60cent more for what we asked for ! Her attitude was cheap and she was thinking we’re cheap !

The guy making the drinks didn't seem to want to be bothered. Fifteen cars went through the drive through in the time it took me to get two frappuccinos inside, and it was totally empty. I requested extra caramel and I didn't even get the normal amount of caramel you are supposed to get, or that their menu even advertises. The store's slowly been going downhill for the past few years, always out of stock, but it's sad to have to drive twice as far to get a decent drink from Starbucks when there are so many. Absolutely the most disappointing drink I have had in the last 35 years. Not worth the money or the calories since it has no flavor.
