This is my favorite Starbucks. Problem is not with the location, but the brand. Everything here is too expensive, so I usually end up not going to any locations and just making coffee at home. Shout out to Dragon Roast Coffee, also based in Thornton, because that's what I brew at home when I can't afford Starbucks!

I been ordering ahead and I usually pick up in store, the first time i picked up on the drive thru I skept the speaker assuming it was ok since i order many minutes ahead and the app said it was ready to pick up at THE WINDOW I never go right away to give time to baristas, today I did the same and the guy refused to give my order, which if they want costumer to use the speaker box at all times explain it nicely, not everyone has the same understanding of things. The morning drive thru guy is always rude, impatience not only with costumers but with the staff, he got so upset cause I didn’t use the box, which if he would explain nicely I would of understand.. but his intention was clearly to be petty, he always gets my orders wrong and gets mad at me and the people working when is him messing it up… working fast food is not fun.. but don’t take your misery in the costumers! The company apologized and said there’s no such policy on using the drive thru box while using the app and gave me a refund so thank you to the miserable barista at drive thru for my free items afterwards! May he find joy in his heart some day and stop putting down women 🤍
The best employee they have is “Lee” (the one that calls us “boss” all the time) He deserves the BEST this universe has to offer! If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be coming to this store anymore.

Is it me? Does Starbucks still encourage the window employees to be kind and smile? The kid who hands me my drink every morning through the drive thru is NOT EVER friendly. No matter how much i try to smile or be light and kind, he's just not. Its honestly uncomfortable. Its a terrible way to start my day. I think I'll start hitting the drive thru down the road.

Diana and Amaya were working tonight, and they were very sweet and friendly. I typically don't get Starbucks, but I liked the drink they made me. They are definitely good baristas and know what flavor profiles work well together. I will be coming back.

Literally everything about this place is fine except the service in the morning!! Every morning I go witch is pretty often the morning staff is not friendly and I feel rushed. Don't get me wrong I have worked at a drive threw and I do not expect them to have a whole conversation but I don't even get a good morning before whats the name for the order from these people and ofcourse the ugh hurry up get out of here face! Like dang I literally don't even get a chance to get my phone out before they are literally pushing the drink at my face!!!!

💔BEWARE OF THE SCAMMER BARISTAS!! These baristas tip theirselves!! They conveniently have to be asked for receipts. When I do ask them I’ve noticed they have tipped them selves up to $5 per transaction. Beware of these fraudulent transactions. I’ve called the manager on a previous barista just for another to now do the same.
😭They keep your change and/or give incorrect change on cash transactions. On cards can be disputed but without a receipt are you even aware how much they helped themselves to your money. Sad world we live in these days.

Ordered food in person , no one in line, no one in store. IT TOOK OVER 10 minutes to receive my food. Entire staff not working with each other 0 communication. People sitting around doing nothing while I’m waiting for my food. This is a fail at the management level.

I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and I received a pumpkin latte. When I realized it was wrong was because my stomach started hurting because I'm lactose intolerant. All the times I've been here my order has been messed up. Check if you have the item you order before you drink any!

The service here is good. Everyone is always friendly, but nothing like paying Starbucks prices for rotten blueberries and no sugar on dry oatmeal. I’m sure I could’ve taken it back, but I went through the drive-through and had to get to work. This has happened to me before at this location so I should’ve checked before I drove off.

This location is always out of something from sweet cream cold foam to lemonade base. I’m not sure who the manager is or who orders their stuff but they need to do a better job especially with a Dutch Bros right down the street.

A run of the mill Starbucks. Staff was friendly. My coffee was hot and just how I ordered it. No complaints or issues at all. My only "ding" would be(and it wasn't an issue for me) is that there doesn't seem to be many seats. If it is busy at all, you might be out of luck. It is pretty small inside.
