I love this store - always order here. So today was my normal order venti BLONDE nonfat, for my sister the EXACT same order only she adds TWO Splenda. Picked up my pre-order at the drive thru, took a sip doesn't taste normal. My sister tasted hers. NO SPLENDA and regular NOT BLOND espresso. Wth - was it new staff training Friday?!?
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Three stars was generous, the only benefit was it was hot

Thanks for being the cheapest store in all of Denver. You don’t stock stickers for to go drinks. Now I have coffee all over my car because you are cheap.

I pick up for my office several times a week. Guess which location I will NEVER allow my office to order from ever again?

Cheap owners ruin stores. Close this location permanently.

The one upside here is that the staff are always nice and do their best despite the staffing issues. This location CONSISTENTLY has staffing issues. I shouldn't have to wait 10 mins plus for a coffee on a busy morning. I have gone to this location for years and it just worsens. I swear they do not care about the customer experience anymore and then wonder why their stock is tanking.

The drinks haven't been fully blended the two or three times that I've come here. The drink I ordered today was more ice than frappuccino, nothing like a crunchy venti frappuccino. ? I understand that delays happen but I'd rather them take that time to fully blend the drink instead of giving me the equivalent of flavored ice. There's also something off/bitter/old about each of the drinks I've gotten from this location but I can't pinpoint if that's the whipped cream or the actual frappuccino that has something wrong with it. Or maybe it's a remnant from a coffee they blended beforehand? Unsure. Not a great experience overall.

Stopped in through the drive through to coffee for myself and for my mother. While hee coffee is okay. Mine is so bitter is taste like they put bitter in my coffee. They didn't answer the phone so now they get a poor review.

The inside of the café is closed right now…but they still accept mobile orders. Put in a mobile order and had to stand in the drive-through, as a human being, to pick up my order. Super cringe and humiliating. Ppl in their cars thought I was on drgs
