One the slowest around unless you go through drive through. People inside the store never get priority. I waited almost 30 minutes for a green tea - not like I had some complicated drink. The staff is friendly enough.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and drive through is super quick and inside is slower than molasses. It makes no sense.

This is the slowest Starbucks in the entire area.

They need done help with management and organization. It takes 30 minutes for mobile orders to be completed. There’s no reason for people to have to wait that long for an order. Horrible management and very disorganized at this location. Workers standing and talking instead of doing their job.

Update: I waited for 38 minutes and ended up canceling my order for store credit. Waste of time.

I then went to the 84th and Pearl location. That location got my order completed within 3 minutes. They know what they are doing there.

Went around 3pm on a Sunday for the egg nog latte. Literally spent 20 minutes in line, ordered my drink then was told they were out of eggnog and I could not get what I ordered.
The one star is based on the lack of willingness to serve/ find a solution. Instead of trying to offer different drinks or an apology for being in line so long or even offering an explanation, I was told to go the location down the street. I would have understood ordering issues, new management or even a simple apology! Instead just “so do you want anything else?” My answer was clearly no. Her response was “ok” and silence. When I got to the window I was 100% ignored. Again I was hoping for SOMETHING but I was becoming increasingly Frustrated so I just left.
This isn’t the first time this location has done something like this. I will not be back- Dutch bros down the road did have an eggnog latte and I only had to wait 6 minutes (including waiting at the window to order).
The slide from #1 for Starbucks will be slow but it will show in little ways like this. Last ditch efforts to bring back a crowd favorite, not delivering and providing unexpectedly poor service.

I was disappointed this morning being excited for red cup day, and I ordered 2 eligible holiday drinks. The batista only handed me one cup after I paid for my purchase. I asked about the other cup, and was told it was per order. I argued for a few minutes, as I would have had my friend pay separately for her order. No where did I read that it was per purchase order/ 1 per order. This morning my husband and his boss's went to a location in Brighton and recieved 2 cups (2 holiday drinks, same order). Super bummed and made my experience not as exciting. Beware, and ask before you pay.

I live 30 minutes south, but rarely pass this Starbucks without stopping, as their consistency is top-notch. Today is was Peter and Stephen (Steven?), that made it perfect.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. They don’t listen to what you want and they rush through the line instead of making your drink correctly. When you obviously look upset about the drink then they just tell you goodbye and have a good day. They do not care about making the drink right. It’s better to go to the other location in Thornton if you can.

What is it with Starbucks filling their cups TO THE BRIM with hot coffee?! Got a coffee through the drive through at this store this morning and, suspecting the cup was over filled, stopped in the parking lot to dump a little coffee out. Couldn’t even take the lid off without it slopping all over me and my car. I took the cup inside to show the barista and as soon as I took the lid off coffee spilled on the counter - and I was being careful. Yes, I was angry but I was not rude. She showed all of the empathy of a dirt clod. I left with my coffee and tried to dump more coffee out but the cup folded in on itself and it spilled on me again. I dumped the whole thing and threw the cup away inside the store. This has happened to me more than once at multiple locations but this is the first time I went in and told someone about it. Fat lot of good that did.

I go to this Starbucks quite often and the customer service is so awful, I’m always like, well I’ll give them another chance… but after today I won’t be going to this one anymore. The lady at the window didn’t even engage, she just handed the coffee out. I told her to have a good day and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I’ve never experienced that at a Starbucks before.

The worst caramel macchiato I ever had. I think they put like a gallon of caramel in it and feel super sick after drinking it. I had order cold foam and it came without it at first and then added it after I said something. Probably won’t ever come to this one again.

Started coming to this location because they were the only ones to make both drinks we get the exact same. Todays visit was completely different. The person taking orders at the drive thru was rude. The 2 exact same drinks were made completely different and one was missing the caramel I paid extra for. Never will I come back to this location, or maybe even any Starbucks for that matter because nobody can make drinks the same
