Over the last few months, there've been enough times that my coffee has tasted 'funky' that I'm considering not going to Starbucks anymore. I always have a simple order, an Americano, and the thing I like most was that it was exactly the same each time, dependable and good, but recently, at this store, it often tastes bad or weird (unfortunately, I'm halfway to work before I can take a sip and test it). Anyway, the same happened today and I can't even describe the weird taste in the background. Ugh!
And BTW, I've tried to link the owner keeps posting in response to reviews and it doesn't work; it just redirects to main page. I've got $30 more my SB card but if this happens again, I guess its time to move on. :(

Damn this starbucks has gone downhill. All the employees that opened this stand are gone. Stephen is their only hope, he’s the only one that is an good employee. Every time I order my drink they immediately throw the sass just because it’s an iced tea that they have to steep themselves. It’s not that hard to be nice or even fake that you’re being nice. So rude for no reason. When I do order an espresso drink, it tastes burnt and it’s just disgusting. The best and most consistent starbucks is located in the Lowe’s parking lot on 136th by i25. This starbucks on the other hand is gross.

Girl with blonde hair took my order interrupted me mid order to yell across to the co worker to see if they had an ingredient missing my order. Girl with pink hair makes my order but is missing strawberry puree i only realized this once it was ready and I mentioned it then they simply added puree to new cups and poured the frappes in leaving all the strawberry puree at the bottom. Once they were done they just placed the frappes on the counter and turned away no apologies for getting the order wrong or thanks for the order nothing.

Don’t come here if you want a quiet place to study. The staff is so loud and obnoxious. Been a few times but their nature is not out of respect for customers. Also they don’t follow corporate policy on refills. Note employees are nice though just they don’t realize they are in a customer facing workplace.

Father's day ordered at 11:25 AM, used drive through, mentioned I wanted to get the father's day BOGO free, lady said okay, ordered two coffees. At the paying window, was told that the offer would not be honored until 12 PM. Had to drive off without our coffee, canceled the order. Not nice!

Rude girl at the register. she’s not friendly, didn’t smile, took a deep sigh like she didn’t want to be there. Then she practically threw my change at me. I gave her a penny so I didn’t get a bunch of change back, and she gave me my change plus two Pennie’s. She obviously can’t count. I asked her her name on my way out of the door and she showed me her badge which said Jo. I go to a Starbucks every day literally sometimes twice a day and she is the most unfriendly rude worker.

Terrible Starbucks. My order is almost ALWAYS wrong. I hate paying 7+ for a drink without sweetener or the right amount of coffee shots. Serious QC issues at this place

I’ll admit this but don’t judge, I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and have been all over the country and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks drive though. Here’s why: Ben. Ben asked me if I had tried a specific item that I had not. That threw me off. Never has another Starbucks rep asked me that. He laughed, he was happy and it made me happy. Thank you Starbucks team for making my work trip to Colorado so much more colorful!
