Horrible customer service. The guy (I will not call him gentleman) who was ringing up the orders was so rude, negative, had an attutude and after treating the family in front of me crappy, purposefully made me wait as soon as I got to the register. Then while waiting I picked up the phone to inform my husband I was still waiting to order and he decides to greet me, then tells the person behind me "go ahead and order." 20 minutes in line and I walked away because of his ahole attitude. The worst customer service and I hope a manger sees this review and attempts to reach out because I would love to explain the rest to you.

Young man that works here has always been rude. Let another person of lighter skin tone come in and he’s as delighted as ever to help them. Very unprofessional. Espresso machine always down. Save time and go to the other Starbucks locations.

I have attempted to get coffee at this location a few times. There is always the same gentleman behind the counter. He has papers and binders covering the checkout, he does not look at you or ask you to wait a minute. He basically ignored me until another women came to the counter and asked her for her order and she had to tell him I was there first before he tried to take her order before mine. The second time he was going about behind the counter and basically ignored me and my mom and sister for 10 minutes until we eventually walked away. I would not recommend this Starbucks location.

Had a young gentleman make me a chai latte (delicious, nailed it) and my daughter a kids hot cocoa. He asked her name to put on the cup and 10 min later she can't stop talking about how tickled she is to have her name on the cup. Awesome job making someone's day ?

I arrived around 3:30 the borista was busy so I waited to get in line till there was 1 person left, I watched him finish another order then take the order in front of me, I went to step forward and he slammed a closed sign down in front of me and wake away, no in sorry we're closing early or short staffed just sign in my face and walked away very rude and unprofessional, I was sent here by my daughter with my birthday gift card now I don't even wanna use it.
