EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE, THE SERVICE IS MID, AND EVEN WORSE, I CLEARLY ASK FOR LIGHT ICE IN MY DRINK BECAUSE I HAVE SENSITIVE TEETH, AND EVERY SINGLE TIME, MY CUP IS MOSTLY ICE, SO THEN I CANNOT EVEN ENJOY IT! THIS TIME TODAY, THEY ACTUALLY ASKED IF I WANTED IT REMADE SO I'LL GIVE THEM THAT, BUT ALSO IT WAS DONE WITH AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT, SO THAT KINDA COUNTERS THE ASK, I JUST WON'T BE COMING HERE ANYMORE. IT SUCKS BECAUSE I WORK 5 MINUTES AWAY, BUT I'D RATHER JUST NOT GET STARBUCKS IF THIS IS WHAT I DEAL WITH EVERY TIME. IT IS REALLY NOT THAT HARD TO GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR, (IT'S NOT LIKE I ASKED FOR EXTRA STUFF AND DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR IT). ALL I WANTED WAS LIGHT ICE EVERY SINGLE TIME AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY FAILED TO DELIVER. WORST STARBUCKS I'VE BEEN TO.

I usually pick up meeting coffee at this specific location because it is on my way to work. They have even helped me in a pinch (only 30 minutes notice)!
Last week, Nov. 7, I tried to be a better customer and called about 2 hours before I needed two travellers for that day's meeting. When I arrived at 8A, they had no idea what I was talking about. I was obviously frustrated but brushed it aside and asked if it was possible to get these made. They agreed and rung up the order.
It was obviously busy and they were not super happy to be rushing all over for this. One particular employee had some nasty attitude saying it was my fault that I had called the wrong location. All within ear shot of me and the rest of the customers. I assertively assured her that I had called the right location, using Google Maps to ensure so. She then proceeded to tell me not to talk to her that way and that it wasn't her fault. I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault, that there was miscommunication somewhere, but she shouldn't talk about customers when they were right there.
This store still gets 4 stars because they are usually amazing. AND the manager on duty the morning of Nov. 7th was amazing. She didn't hesitate to get her staff moving on my order and apologized on behalf the rude employee and for the order error. She was kind and level-headed through the whole thing.

My co-workers and I met with a new client. We had various coffees and breakfast sandwiches. It was busy at 8 am. The service was prompt, the food and drinks were all delicious. Not very noisy.

I experienced some of the worst customer service at this Starbucks. Coffee was spilled all over me at the drive through due to a faulty cup with lid not attaching properly. The lady that handed it to me smiled after it happened. I will never return.

My favorite Starbucks by far! The staff is always so friendly and professional, with amazing energy even early in the morning. They make my drinks perfect every time — I’ll travel just to come here. Sunday mornings are the best! 💚☕️

The slowest Starbucks drive thru I have ever been in- 20 minutes every-time. Then when you get to the window to pick up- you wait even longer. I regret every time but am then stuck in the line. Hire more staff or improve
I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Niyah! She went above and beyond with her service—not only was my drink perfect, but the way she carried herself truly made my day. Her smile and genuine happiness are absolutely contagious, and you can tell she loves what she does. What stood out most to me was how empathetic and thoughtful she was; she really takes the time to connect with people, making you feel seen and cared for instead of just another customer. Niyah is the kind of barista who makes a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her!
