I had an unusual experience at this Starbucks. Josh, working the drive thru on Thursday January 29th at 9:34am.

Had such a terrible attitude when I asked for stickers over the cups for a large order. Starbucks does this for me without issue. He printed out extremely long stickers and told me to do it myself which was fine. He gave an attitude when I asked straws then when I requested napkins (politely) he gave me an entire napkin pack that still had the cardboard wrapped around it. There was trash floating everywhere throughout the drive thru. I’m sure he was having a bad day as we all do. I apologized to him and felt bad that I had to ask for items that should have came with a service. I did make sure to tip as well but he was so angry with me. Writing this so the district manager can address the service issues directly to Josh. It is not right to make a customer feel bad for providing service, especially when I’m trying to be polite. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went through the drive-through and the service was quick and kind! The drinks were hot and just what we needed for our road trip☺️

Orders are always wrong. Ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha today, got the drink and the label was correct . It was so hot that I could even taste it right away. So I had to let it sit. Half way to work I took a sip and it tasted like burnt black coffee. Took the lid off and it was a cup of burnt black coffee. This is the 4 th time this has happened to me in the drive through in the past couple months. I always get the cup with the right label, but it never the right drink in the cup. I absolutely think this is the worst location ever.

Editing because staff were nice and changed my mind. But still my drinks are made wrong so often here and I think the music choice is any great (country and Taylor swift) and it’s kind of loud.

Don't bother ordering in person, it took them over ten minutes to make my drink and I was the only one in the store.

Okay I suppose, just not the best experience when I usually go into a Starbucks. One employee greeted me, and the outdoor patio and multiple tables were not cleaned. Tops to whomever made my drink though, because it was so good I clearly forgot to take a picture ?.

Parking: Parking lot is usually full, difficult to find parking.

Overall place was clean. This was good since I had to change my son’s diaper on the floor. They offer patrons a sharps container in the bathroom but thought it was a good idea to remove the changing stations from both bathrooms. I can only imagine they are 100% okay with me changing him on the tables instead.

Kid-friendliness: Not friendly at all.

Apparently, the men working here do not know the difference between an iced coffee and a frappe. Made the drink wrong, so he decides to put the drink in another cup to make an ice coffee instead of remaking it. Tasted awful.

All the Starbucks I go to no longer have any customer service skills. I truly hate going to Starbucks now and will do anything to avoid it. Used to be my favorite. What a shame

This is a Starbucks that I would stick to the drive-thru. There were only a couple tables inside, which were all full. Honestly, I have seen Starbucks in Target or Safeway with more seating. The only tables available were outside in the heat with the sounds of the freeway. The door leading inside locked automatically. So if you want to work at this location, you can't get back inside easily. I wouldn't leave my stuff at a table anyway.
