I used to go to this Starbucks often, until one time I did a mobile order, waited in the store for 30 minutes, then I walked out. I did not care about a refund. And just today in the drivethru while waiting for our order there is one person visible in the back, her back turned toward me and my partner, having some sort of conversation either on the phone or to someone not visible. I don't know, but I do know both me and my partner heard every word and sat there for a good two minutes while she wrapped it up. She then continued to have the conversation while checking us out and getting our order ready. Two frustrating experiences which lead me to rarely visit this Starbucks anymore. They seem extremely understaffed and in no rush anymore. Have caution visiting here, you will either be waiting 5 minutes or 30 or will not get your order at all.
Why does this place always close half an hour before they’re supposed to close???

This place should just tell you upfront what there is available to order. It would save a lot of time since they don't have most of what's on the menu. Also, if someone orders something and tries to order another item but you don't have it, don't cancel their entire order unless that is specifically said. Also, if you do take the liberty of making assumptions about an order, ask yourself just where exactly would that customer leave the drive thru line? They don't just vanish, you know. They're still there. You and your assumptions will have to face that person at some point. BTW, just who is eating all the pastries and sweets there? Are you unable to order competently, or is the staff helping themselves?

Crowded with morning commuters, understandably. Preordered via app for in store pickup. Baristas called out names as they delivered mobile orders - except they never called my name when depositing my two items in the pick up area.
My fav van latte & scone. BUT so so overpriced! And they charge for an extra pump of syrup! ?

Came all the way here to get a bagel and they said they don't do them because they have bagels at King Soopers but they don't make bagels4u so what the hell is the point?

BEST STARBUCKS! I've been reading how slow this place is and it makes sense, if you did happen to go through the drive thru..... It would make a huge mess, not to mention block the entire entrance to King Soopers! Seriously though, it seems like this location gets all the bad reviews from across the street. They are always fast and friendly. P.S. this one is INSIDE King Soopers....
This Starbucks is inside a King Soopers. I don't know how to rate this. I'm leaving this rating mostly as a warning that a number of the reviews seem to be mistaken about this location. There is no drive thru, I called and confirmed. Also, I don't believe they take pre- orders...

Ordered at the store. Two standard menu beverages. Took 25 min. One was delivered. Wasn't until I said I should have two that the tall, blond barista with long artificial eye lashes said, "Oh... that sticker with the funny orange marking must have been yours. I didn't know what that was for so I just threw it away". Really?!?! Not only was I not asked if there was something wrong with my order when I didn't walk away with the single drink she provided, I had to inquire. She said she would bake it right away... and proceeded to provide three other drinks prior to mine. Very poor service and unfriendly tall female barista.
What a busy Starbucks! They crank the drinks out at an impressive speed considering the volume they are working with. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me put together gift baskets for an office function. Dante’s the best! A great guy with a huge smile in his face. An asset to the team.
EVERY single time I order from this location they somehow manage to mess it up. It's right next to my house and it has a drive thru I have small children and obviously I love coffee this is my go to store. It's a shame they always mess up! I don't think I have ever got a correct drink from here before from the drive thru. The mobile baristas usually get it right. Also, I don't order complex drinks either, I literally order an iced coffee with cream and classic syrup. But apparently that's too difficult for them to handle. Can't wait for the new drive thru to open.
