I almost never write reviews but today's service warranted this one so... Here we are.
I stopped here this morning just around 8am to get a bagel and a pumpkin cream chai. I noticed there were several people waiting but no one was in line so I ordered. 1 drink and a bagel... After standing around and watching the mountain of orders being filled for the mobile app .. for customers who weren't even there...pile high, I realized it could be another 20+ minutes before they got to my drink. There were customers who were in line before me still waiting after 20 minutes. I never do this but I couldn't wait any more so I just went back to the counter and asked if I could get a refund or have the cost of the drink put on a gift card or something because I don't have another 20 minutes to wait around and I didn't want to jump ahead of all the other people waiting around. This took another 5 minutes for them to problem solve and I couldn't wait around for them to figure that out out as well... I decided to leave then and walk away from the $7 coffee I had been craving AND already paid for just to save myself 20 more minutes of waiting around.
I have learned my lesson. I will never be going back there for anything ever again. Do not wait your time ... It's be better too drive out of you way to visit a different shop than to sit around all day for service.

Worst Starbucks I've ever had. I ordered a latte online and picked it up in the drive thru. I had to throw it in the trash. Won't be back.

Today I went on my lunch break to get my drink for 3.00 but I was told it was 3 dollars off. On the app it did say 3.00 not off. Not a happy customer at all.

This Starbucks is JUNK! Not only are the drinks made wrong, the coffee tastes burnt and watery, they forget ingredients, when you ask extra hot they give you luke warm, location interior is dirty....paying $30 for 3 drinks I would hope for a little better...and maybe a sincere "sorry about thay"! ....Guess I will keep giving my business across the street to Dutch Bros!

I've been coming here for years and have always been greeted by friendly faces. It's a busy location, so just order before you leave home and pop inside to pick up!

If Aliyah is making your coffee make sure you specify what you want your drink to be... Literally just waited for a remake that I didn't receive... She was rude and didn't want to remake the drink... Eye rolls, snooty comments... Super sad bc this was one of my fave spots... I can't continue to support a business that doesn't care.....

Place was dirty staff was unfriendly. There were only 2 people ahead of me and I had to ask how much longer after 10 minutes of waiting for a cold.brew!? They lost my sticker apparently but how is that my fault exactly. Slow bad service I won't be back ever again. ? so disappointed because this one is closer to my house but hey I'll drive up to 144th for better service because the one on 144th and Washington rocks! Don't come here! Oh and my cold brew is watered down or something because it has zero coffee taste seriously I'm so pissed!

Employee taking our order was rude and hard to conversate with. My daughter ordered our drinks venti size (August 28, 2023 @ 3:59 pm). When called to the counter for drinks, the size was grande. We asked about the size and rudly got a response "no you ordered a grande." Then was furthered ignored after. To be told what I said being thr customer is poor customer service. The employee has a tattoo on her arm (I didn't get a name). We will stick to Dutch Bros. from now on across the street. Better customer service and more welcoming.

Truly, and undramatically the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 2pm on a Saturday and got stuck in a 25 minute line that wasn’t wrapped around the building at all.
Nick Alarid is the guy that served me... he has about 5 or 6 years of experience. Very good at what he does. PS... I'm proud to say he is my son. xoxo!
