I have Starbucks every day. Literally, I’m not joking. This particular one usually has 2 girls working who have been there for quite some time and who are absolutely amazing. This review is not about either. However- today I went in and ordered 2 Carmel ribbon crunch’s, and I have not ever been disappointed as I am now. The two women working today each made one of my drinks, and the first one was great! But then the second one made by the little older lady was all ice and whip cream. You can visibly see the huge difference. It doesn’t even have any flavor. I wish I could get my money back. I’m probably going to go get another one at a different store. I spend so much money on Starbucks, I should get what I pay for. Why are these workers making drinks so differently?

They always close 2 hours early.. it’s so annoying they should’ve closed this one down and not the one near by , the service is ridiculous here! Not to mention they always have an attitude and look like they hate their job! If you’re gonna be closing early post it online so I’m not driving excited to get some and be told they are closed!!!!

Placed an Order to get my plain bagel asked for water at the end as it is not available to order on the mobile app employees would not give it to me. Tell me that I had to get back in line to order water very inconvenient.

This location ALWAYS gives me a hard time about how I order my drink and tried to correct me and change it to charge me more. This is the ONLY location that does this and it’s very annoying
Starbucks is the altamente coffee shop.. However they need to put back the customer self server cream and sugar.. they never give me the amount of sweetener I want

The worst “espresso” I’ve ever had. You know when you get a totally white latte that it’s going to be brunt. Well. This one tasted like someone vomited into a cup. Never again. They know their espresso is junk be junk but serve it anyway then don’t even offer a refund.
