Came in for a icee for my son yesterday after shopping and there was no employees. I proceeded to wait about 5 min during which a couple of other customers came in. Finally when the employee came out she was obviously bothered we had interrupted what she was doing in the back she then proceeded to take the order of a man that had came in after me. So I waited only for her to then act like it was the biggest inconvenience to take my order because I also asked for a small drink with the icee. She was very passive aggressive and rude to me even though I waited patiently for her and was nothing but nice and polite. I will be going back to get her name but just wanted to warn anyone going to this subway the customer service is trash. I was only getting a couple of drinks and even that was too much work for them.

My hubby and I came in for a quick lunch and had the best service from Ashley and Clover! They made amazing sandwiches and provided great conversation while preparing our delicious sandwiches! Thanks so much! We will definitely be returning!

Worst subway. They are supposed to open at 7am and the gates don't open around the outside until 8am. If you try to go in the manager gets rude and tells you the oven is warming still. They might as well change it to 8am for the hour they don't serve customers.

I always choose to go to this subway over the other ones. It’s always so clean and the service is always so great I seriously like the employees here. The young man who made my sandwich tonight was super nice and fast

Service: horrible especially that one short lady that hates her job and gives every customer a taste of her sad miserable life.

Atmosphere: I went today after getting sum needs at Walmart. Decided to go and see if I could get something to eat before I go home and nobody wanted to welcome me for a good 10-15 when I decided to leave cus of how horrible this place is 24/7.

I'm honestly shocked there's so many negative reviews, I started going to this subway recently vs the one next to my work (they were just not good). I've been here 3 times in about a month and a half - two months. Everytime I've been, my food is absolutely delicious. The bread is always fresh never stale and hard (like the other place). The ingredients are fresher than most subways I've been too. From what I can see, looks relatively clean for the most part. If I ask for extra mayo or vinaigrette or any sauce really, they LOAD it up! There's a younger girl that's usually there has piercings (don't remember her name) she's friendly and nice. Even when they were slammed with 3 huge online orders one time previously, i still got my food quickly. I'm not sure what the issue was previously, maybe they changed staff? Me personally, the 3 times I've been here have been very good. I will be coming here when I'm in the area if I'm in the mood for a sub.

most awful experience.took 10 minutes to take our order (because 4 employees were in the back) when they came out the manager said give the 20% off for the wait and apologized, which was nice but we only got 10% off & got charged for 2 sandwiches when we clearly only got ONE sandwich. & the employee that took our order was rude.

I was so excited to try the new foot long pretzel that is now offered. To my disappointment, it was so hard to chew from being overdone. It seems like Subway microwaved it way too much!

I’m not sure when Subway turned into the slowest food place on earth. They also stopped carrying half of the topping options, what sandwich shop doesn’t have Swiss or Dijon mustard? It had already turned into a very questionable eating establishment long ago, and now it’s just painful. Throw in the towel, Subway, I think you have officially become a lost cause.

The worst subway ever. Consistently have come in and the staff is so rude and it’s an absolute disaster in the store. Last three times in they were out of meatballs. This last time was enough though. Walked in the door and the rude lady working literally yelled at us saying it would be a wait, there were just two people in front of me. I was then told they were out of literally everything I went to order. I got a turkey with no bread choice and then after putting four brown shreds of lettuce on my sandwich the worker just says were out. I questioned this and he said well I would have to get it from the back…so go in the back and grab it dude. Been going to subway for years and it has gone way downhill but this location is giving yourselves and even worse name.

Online says they open at 7am, daily. Went there before school so my daughter can have a sandwich for her after school program but the sign on the door says they open at 8am. This needs to be addressed.
