It’s pretty simple when a customer asks if you have some pressure spinach because the stuff in your tray is soggy rolled up and just nasty looking. Don’t say no drag your butt back to the back and get some fresh stuff. I know you have it I was just playing being lazy just like the fact that every single table is filthy And I had to wipe it off myself. Maybe if the lady would take more pride in herself, the product she serves in the store she works at you’d be busier also, why is the Turkey bacon sandwich gone?

I wanted the jalapeno bread but it was burnt so I got my sandwich on Italian and I got a cold cut. I thought it came with three meats but maybe not. I only got two. The lettuce was brown. There was no olives. There was no jalapenos. I asked for extra banana peppers and when she put them on she said that's all we can give. My sandwich ends had nothing on them. I literally had a 6-in sandwich in a 12-ft piece of bread. The mustard and mayo was applied only in the middle of the sandwich, not on the ends and the sandwich wasn't cut all the way through. I had to go home and add my own toppings and put more mustard and mayo. When she wrapped it. She wrapped it loose so my sandwich fell apart. When I opened it I didn't get a bag. That's fine. I was offered no napkins. Horrible, horrible, horrible when you pay for a ft long and get a 6inch sandwich. Never again

5 stars for the hardworking employee today, 2 stars for the store itself (it wasn't dirty or anything, just poorly staffed). Appears that she was the only person working the shift and doing her best to keep the customers happy.

This Subway was absolutely good, so clean, so fast, and they do work as a team. Really enjoyed that and I know the other customers enjoyed it as well. Thank you so much.And I also thank you for the coupons because it saves us a lot of money

My husband and Grandson went their today and ordered 6 items. When they got home big disappointment. The non bread #10 salad had only meat and cheese. All the sandwiches had hardly and stuff inside. One sandwich only had a small piece of cheese. Very disappointed. I got subway from another location recently and it was great. Maybe you should work with the employees a little more.

The service was excellent. This subway had what we wanted! We had went to a couple other subways and they looked like they were already closing down for the night and they still had an hour until closing. We ordered meat ball sandwiches and right away we were told they were out. THIS SUBWAY had everything we wanted and the service was so friendly! And the restaurant was very clean!

I am appalled with the awful service I received today. I ordered a meatball protein bowl with 50% extra meat on the mobile app for pick up and I received a disgusting bowl that only contained 4 COLD meatballs, which isn't even the normal amount of meat for a bowl, let alone the extra I PAID for. Not to mention the person behind the counter barely said two words to me during our interaction.
I guess I'm going to need to start tearing open my bag and checking my food right at the counter, had I caught this at the restaurant and not at home, I absolutely would have made the person remake it with me standing there. 0/10 do not recommend

I placed an order at 5:10 pm and it said it would be ready at 5:30. I showed up at 5:50 and the sandwiches were still not ready. I am currently still in the parking lot at 6:20 and 3 of my 6 sandwiches are still being made. Very frustrated, lately this location has been downhill with online orders. Finally had my entire order by 6:30, an hour after the pick up time.

The new guy that was there Aug/03/2024 at 2:30 pm took about 25 min to make two sandwiches. I get he has to learn but he made my experience extremely frustrating especially when I was in a rush. He didn’t even cut my footlong and I had to split it in half myself and made a mess everywhere. He also was working SICK. He was sniffling all over my sandwich and coughing. The management should have told him to put on a mask or STAY HOME. This will be my last time here.

Wow i have never seen such great employees that actually stick around. Ashley and Valerie are amazing women. Ive been coming to lunch here since i stared my new job, been here about a year now. I've seen mainly these 2 ladies. Always with a smile, they said they work 6 days a week, thats crazy. Give them a raise ??? even tho i come during their lunch rush they get everone in and out with fresh food. Please show your employees some love with a raise or bonus.
