Dont waste your money at this subway the day crew is rude,angry most of the time,will not make the subs how you want it, they will put one or two pieces of toppings. Overall really bad service i will give them zero stars if i could horrible people at this location

I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but If they want to keep customers they had better get rid of their daytime help from 1/22 and 1/23. She is SO RUDE and makes people very uncomfortable while ordering. Either get rid of her, or get her some help. She works by herself! Makes the service bad and the quality of the subs TERRIBLE!

We went to the subway off 86th and Washington, the lady working was so nasty and rude to us that we just walked out of that restaurant and headed up to 103rd and Washington and what a difference, Robert was so pleasant , and the food was good , felt very comfortable.. shout out to Robert on 103rd and Washington in Thornton, co 80229

I normally don't like to come to places an hour before they close but the guy who helped me was so nice didn't make me feel like a bourbon, I was sad cause they only had barely an pickles left I ask if he can pour the juice on top of my sandwich cause I normally ask for extra pickles and he did! It was so simple but the customer service was great! Thank you!

I work nights, so I wasn’t aware that this location opened at 9am, and when I went, it was only 8:30.
Seeing as it was closed, I headed back towards my truck, but a wonderful nice lady named Gail came out, and opened the store 1/2 hour early for me. She was kind, compassionate, considerate, observant, and amazing while communicating.
I will be recommending, and coming back (after 9am of course).

Weird customer service, the staff does not seem trained as they didn't understand basic orders, and I was served burnt bread that was ultimately inedible. It's clear whoever owns this Subway is incompetent. Take 5 minutes to drive up the road to 120th and go to that Subway instead, avoid this one.

Worst service Ive ever experienced anywhere ever. The lady making my sandwich was irritated about doing her job. Rude the entire time and got upset when I asked her to spread the avocado out a little bit instead of just leaving two spoonful's in the middle of the sandwich. I wish there was an option for zero stars! Horrible experience. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. Don’t treat your customers poorly. Will never visit this location again!
Older lady working tonight around 8 pm (didn't have name tag but had hair in ponytail) was super rude and had a horrible attitude. I ordered a BMT and she talked down to me sarcastically asking me if I wanted meat or no meat and kept making me repeat myself. Rudely told me to give detail... Mayo was out and veggies were frozen. Customer service would be zero stars!

Came in about 30 minutes before closing with a very hungry football player. Isaiah was working alone on a Friday night and had just the best attitude he was so kind and friendly even though we came in the middle of his cleaning up. Everyone should have an Isaiah working for them.
