We live nearby and come here a lot. We’ve gone thru the app once which messed up the order but every time we’ve gone in person we’ve had the nicest gentlemen working the counter. I feel bad because it seems like some shifts are alone and can be overwhelming but they seem to manage well.

My mom had the worst exoerience today. 10/05/24. 2 young girls working.never acknowledge when she walked in One girl working on an order fixing three sandwiches.for a customer but the customer turned and said hi to my mmm As she knew her. Wish she got their names one was the pretty black girl and the other girl. Had dark hair rushing nervously look like making sandwiches for pick up order not even looking up. Oh yes she did she waved at someone through the window. Still not acknowledging my mom. Or saying we will be right with you. When customer left. And both girls done. The girl making orders to go said I will make the next order. And the other girl looked at her funny and started to put her gloves on and finally asked what I needed. I asked does orders online override walkins and the girl who ignored me totally said only to tyou that has been the rudest.customer And I said well I don’t need your rudeness and disrespect and walked out. She was yelling at me and gave me the finger in front of a customer and and she trying to foliow me out of the store
My mom is 75 years old. That girl needs to be fired. Now. Hope she will learn from this. can’t treat customers like that If only you both said hi. We will be with you in a moment. It did not happen. My mom’s feeling it probably won’t. I have had better service from here and this was the worse. My name is Judy. And. I have never felt so disrespectful. You even had a boss who just arrived went to the back. And someone sitting down. And they let her yell at me and talk to me like that.
I had to WRAP my own sandwich!!!! What's the point of ordering online if the people making your sandwich do not take the SAME care if you are staring them in the face. Not to mention the fact that my order said still being prepared and the people in the store were mopping..... not worth the rewards or the deals. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT QUALITY
Whoever owns this store shouldn’t be allowed to have a franchise. The last two times I’ve been here they’ve had ONE - yes ONE - employee working. Tonight, the poor guy was inundated with online orders and walk-in customers were walking in and walking out. What kind of owner/manager puts their employees in this situation?! I feel bad for whoever has to work for them.

So...I ordered online through the app. I customized my sandwich...I'm not sure if the sandwich "artist "didn't pay attention to what I wanted, but my sandwich was completely wrong.
This was on July 31st at 11:40am. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. I'm very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.

We went in to Subway tonight and Anthony was a Rockstar! He was able to multi-task really well. From a vendor needing signature, taking care of multiple customers and he took time to be patient with our 7 year old daughter who was ordering her salad. He ensured to cut the meat and cheese and treated her like a customer, not just a kid. Thank you Anthony, for your awesome customer service!!

Worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Everything that could be wrong was wrong. Thoroughly hated my cold, dry, flavorless sandwich (if you can even call it that). Subway is canceled. Who the h-e-double hockey sticks even gets rid of the spicy Italian?! Absolutely despicable. I hate you subway you ruined my night. And yeah, it’s that serious.

Very slow Service even with 3 people. Asked for my sub to be toasted and though she stuck it in the toaster it barely even got hot. Then I paid and instead of just finishing up with me by wrapping and giving me my sandwich she set mine aside and went to go help another customer finish theirs. Then wanted to charge me again for my order even though I paid. What a mess.

Only white or wheat bread manager tried blaming on weekend no cookies and the girl there put a boat load of sauce on worst subway ever. Tried again even worse this time 12/6/23 at 5:30 pm went here ordered food they were out of everything but white and wheat again got home and the white bread was completely stail this is B's and should get shut down
The cleanliness of the place was terrible and the manager was rude, apart from starting my order and not finishing it...as for the other employees, they behaved well.
