Second time ordering food online, going to get it at the pickup time it gives me, and the food isn’t even started and there’s only 1 person in the lobby. I don’t understand why it takes 30 min to make 3 sandwiches.

Normally this Subway location is our go to. Today, not only were they out of multiple items. They didn't have bread ready to go. Their cucumbers were slimy and tasted disgusting. They forgot to add ingredients to multiple sandwiches. It was disappointing to say the least.

I visited this subway the other evening and I can honestly say that it was the best subway experience that I have ever had. The staff were all so friendly, excelled at their jobs, and provided top notch customer service. I didn't even think an experience like this was possible in this day and age, but they proved me wrong. This place and the kind workers there are worth stopping in for!

I ordered the Elite Chicken, Bacon and Ranch salad. Hardly call it a salad. It barely had Lettuce or other veggies I requested. I was expecting a large salad since it as almost a $15.00 salad. And all I got was a mushy mess. Very disappointed.

This location is hit or miss. With both service and food quality. Depending on who's working, depends on how well your sandwich is made. If it's the two young gals that work at night. They always mess up my sandwich and for some reason take forever to help me. One night I was waiting for my pickup order. They saw me choose to ignore me and go outside and do something. I don't know what. I almost went around the counter to get my sandwich. It's an interesting location. I would suggest going during the day or I don't know when. Just take your chance.

I ordered online but needed a side of meatballs for my kids. They usually run about 5.00 because I am charged double meat as I always get a meatball sub. Instead the girl with purple hair charged me 10.00 for 8 meatballs! And they were cold out of the refrigerator. I commented and the price and was ignored. This is my usual Subway but I'll be hitting a different one. I always have issues with this one and this was the final straw.

There are only two people working during the dinner rush. Stood in line for over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Need more staff.

Staff are great and hardworking, but this location is CONSISTENTLY understaffed. During dinner rush they are overwhelmed with online orders but don't have enough people to handle both those and the in store customers in a timely manner. Management needs to hire more employees and have a properly scheduled staff for busy times.
