After a morning of touring the Thornton area with my parents, we stopped in at this Subway for a quick lunch, and it was exactly what we wanted. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff made the experience smooth and pleasant.

I’ve had ongoing issues with the accuracy of my set removal order at this location. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect once again. I attempted to contact the store by phone but was unable to reach anyone, and I didn’t have the time to visit in person. Despite giving the location a second chance, the issue persisted. I also tried calling again to have the matter resolved, but the phone appeared to be off the hook for over two hours. I’ve always enjoyed Subway, and I appreciated the convenience of this nearby location, but due to repeated issues and lack of communication, I will no longer be returning.

I had the best service ever at the subway. I had a wonderful sandwich ; the buffalo chicken. It was so very fresh and tasty. A young man, Isaiah, who was very friendly and courteous suggested toppings for the sandwich. The chocolate cookies and the cheesecake cookies were excellent, tasty fresh and soft. The jalepeno bread was really good. His coworker Rihanna also assisted with our sandwiches , and she was very friendly. These young people have a lot of responsibility and seemed to take it very seriously. They were very busy cleaning and putting things away. At times when you go to fast foods restaurants, the tables and flours are all dirty ; but that was not so at this facility. My granddaughter also had a sandwich and it was made to perfection. I really enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet the music wasn't blaring. Thanks !

Literally we ordered delivery driver couldn’t figure out where our building was when we get the order we didn’t have our drinks or my daughters kids meal tried to call the store 6 times and no answer just a little disappointing as I paid for something and didn’t receive it! 🙃

On hwy 7 area, hard to get to if you're not from the area and know the entrances. But that the shopping center issue.
I ordered online and my order was completely wrong. I’m wondering if the employees even read the order when it comes in. They made my sandwich with wrong ingredients and then didn’t even toast it. Then when picked up, they never sent the drinks AND chips. What’s the need for ordering ahead if the employees aren’t gonna make things right UNLESS you’re standing there watching them. Just terrible. Then I called eight times and get a busy signal to tell them about my problem and let them know I’m coming to get my correct order and they don’t wanna answer. Then when I get there, they’re CLOSED… the employee closed early….. wow

Ordered from here for delivery. The app didn’t let me select the cheese I wanted (it wasn’t on the list), but Subway has it set to no special requests in DoorDash. I tried to call to make the request, and could not get through - only got a busy signal. I tried for several minutes until it said my order was out for delivery. I’m not sure if they just don’t have multiple lines or if they took the phone off the hook, but it was annoying.
