Taco Bell on 104th & Marion St. the woman at the window was nervous. Tacos #6 were not fresh... I don’t recommend this one place.

The person who joined brought a return because they made her order wrong, she asked for the dish to be made not spicy, but they made her something very spicy and made her not what she ordered

Decided to give this place another shot (Terrible idea). Sat in the drive through for 35 min. They didn't have change for a 50 so I couldn't get my food. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

The cinna twist we’re discussing, you can taste the oil they cooked them in hasn’t been changed in a very long time. They taste like burnt and leave a nasty after taste. I normally visit this location and never had a bad order but this time I could not even eat a second one. At they they had forgotten to put them in my bag so I had to go inside and there was no one at the front, I waited for over 10mins to get someone’s attention. Probably be the last time I visit

0 stars.Mobile Ordered . Got an email saying they received my order. I sent my son to pick up the order, 15-20 later and he was told they didn’t have my order.
I had to drive back into the store and gave my name to the cashier, told him what happened. and he pulled up my order up with a dumb look on his face giving no explanation and still had the nerve to tell me, it was going to be a long wait, because they have a lot of mobile orders.
BS no apologies or anything. Very frustrating and unprofessional. What’s the point of mobile orders, if they can’t keep up. I tried calling the store and got a fax line. While I was waiting for my order they kept complaining about having a long line.

None of my food was right was missing everything I asked to be put on it and was charged 7 dollars extra for extra sauce and sour cream that they didn’t give to me. This location has to many problems with providing everything that’s for the customers.

Drive thru line insanely slow. Customer service who took my order was terrible. Rude and disgusting customer service .. not even going to bother buying my food here.

Every time we visit this Taco Bell they mess up our order! Never fails. We have seen the manager smoking a vape in the kitchen and also seen all the team members out back smoking marijuana while on the clock.

I have been to this taco bell numerous times, maybe at least 5 times. Only 1 time has my order been 100% correct. This time I went into the building hoping for my order to be correct, but I got the completely wrong item. Truly unfortunate because this is the only Taco Bell nearby and it’s such poor quality and terrible food. If there was a 0 star rating, I’d give it that.
